Anytime we call United Rentals, they are prompt in getting us whatever we rented. They have great customer service. I spoke with Tanya(I hope thats right) yesterday, she handled the situation swiftly and I greatly appreciate how she works with her clients! Chuck is full of knowledge and also makes sure things get done!

Outrageous prices. I mean honestly out of this world. And they dont have a half day rate so the mini that we used for literally two hours was charged at a full day rate. Customer service was lacking, unwilling to make adjustments or work with us regarding the fact that we only needed the machine for 2 hours. Wont be renting from this company again at all, much less this branch in particular.
