Apparently this company needs to hire drivers that want to work! Ive been a customer for several years; however a week later 02/2021 after placing an order, the driver shows up today, backs into the driveway and then left! He didnt even bother to get out of the truck (Raining Outside), or knock on my door, then he left and never filled the tank!! Apparently the driver doesnt want to get wet in the rain! Will be taking my business elsewhere!!

PAID $400 FOR GAS LAST WEEK. ITS HAS SNOWED AND IS 32° and supposed to be 24° tonight. They tell me they can not deliver for 3 more days, due to COVID. I do not have have COVID. Im COLD!!!! Its been 6 days since we paid for our gas. Had to cut the heat off this morning the tanks are empty. Not to mention they make you rent the tanks! Would not recommend one bit, they will let you freeze!!!

Robin is an absolute joy to work with. Her customer service and attention to detail is impeccable. She is always helpful and willing to do whatever she can to make life easier for her customers. I always feel like family, whenever I walk in the door.

They filled my tank to sit there over the whole summer when I wasnt at home. I hope didnt need any more gas in my tank, I use it for heating only. Roy

Horrible company that leaves us without heat every year. They’ve left us waiting 2 weeks with no heat for them to arrive and every time we called them they just kept pushing the day they were supposed to come farther and farther back. They have done this for the past 4 years

Call the office for two days with no answer. I happened to be just a couple blocks away and called again, no answer so I went to the office. Told the lady I had been calling as she was looking at the computer, she said they were really busy. Went out to parking lot where I could see her through the window and called again still no answer. Go figure.
