I called and had a lot of questions about renting a U-haul. The manager Joe was very rude and felt bothered by my questions. This was my first time renting one so I had lots of questions. He seemed to be annoyed from the moment he answered the phone. I suggest he find a job that does not require social skills. I decided to go elsewhere with my business. VERY RUDE JOE!!!
