If it were possible to rate this organization with less than one percent, they have earned it with their customer service rudeness towards clients. Close this place down and let the employees hit the street walking.Stay away at all costs. Your life deserves better than what they deliver. The next time employees are rude to my husband, y’all can talk to me cause I talk back Donnie.
This company does not deserve any stars because they do not care about their patients or doing their job. People needing their services are in desperate situations and they show absolutely no compassion what so ever! It is ridiculous to take so long to deliver medical equipment that is urgently needed. I do not trust these people and they only care about getting your credit card number and then they act like they dont know who you are? I Dont know who to recommend but I know its not this company! Very disappointed! Prayers to all who need services from companies like this that dont deserved to be in business! Its all about the insurance and the copay! I get it but I would at least like to think that I am a valued customer! They dont value your business thats for sure!
I have a sleep disorder and the specialist recommended them. Supplied my equipment and a supply schedule November 2017 and told to expect my supplies as scheduled on a monthly basis. I called in January to get my first monthly supplies. Called again in April for my next monthly supplies and and was told they would look into why I havent received them. And Im still waiting for those supplies.
This company has bad business. I don’t understand why you need a credit card in file when you gave them your insurance information. The question is are they trying to get paid twice. From the person and the insurance company??? What about the older people that don’t have credit cards what are they suppose to do??? This company need to be shut down because all they trying to do is scam people.
Cant give them a zero but can tell you to stay as far away from doing ANY medical supply business possible. They will not return phone calls, they have an Nags Head office as well that is absolutely NO help. Had heard terrible things about the only other medical supply delivery service so originally went with this company - Im out, done, finished, dealt with them for the last time. I can use my regular physician and the company that Medi Home Care orders from and get them OUT of my life! What a terrible company to work with!
Rude, unhelpful, very uninterested in a patients need for a wheelchair. If there was another option in our area we would have gone some place else. HORRIBLE customer relations and the lady I spoke to was beyond inept.
I use them for CPAP supplies. They dont have an automated resupply service for the CPAP equipment, its basically up to you to keep track and call them. I keep getting bills, some for service 4 months ago that are claimed to be late. Their bills show no past payment history at all so it is impossible to determine where the problem lies. Nags Head office handles no customer service issues and Elizabeth Citys office is about as uncaring and unhelpful as any customer service can be.

I have called several occasions and getting someone to call back is like pulling teeth.. after they get your money then they dont care ...
