I first want to start saying that Kay is one of my favorite store to shop when buying jewelry and I am very happy with their products. But, Sunday, January 10th 2021, I had my worse experience ever in a store. I got to the Kay store in Jersey Gardens Mall in NJ around 4pm because my fiancé and I were looking for our weddings band which we were ready to purchase. When we got there, one of the associates basically closed the gate in our face and said something that we couldn’t heard. 15 minutes later she open the gate and said to us “ I said, we are going to lunch so give us 45 minutes” and she said it with an actitud. Then, we looked at the store and there was another associate in his phone and I guess eating. I couldn’t really tell because they had the store dark. Usually when associates are going to take their breaks, they have to go one and then the other one they can’t both go at the same time. So my fiancé and I walked around the mall to give them time to take their lunch. When we came back, the store was opened but they were with some customers. I understand that because of the pandemic they need to have limite people inside the store. So we were waiting for about 1 hr and 15 minutes. Neither the girl or the guy greeted us at least to say “we will be with you soon” the girl looked up us and acted like no one was there and the guy didn’t even looked at us. They literally took the entire time we were there with the same customer and by the look at them, they looked overwhelmed. Why is this, the associate needs to have knowledge of their product and try to show the fewest item so the customer doesn’t get overwhelmed and most likely they won’t buy. The associate needs to have 5 items that he/she thinks customers would like and try to sell one of them. To make my long bad experience short, we ended leaving and going to a different jewelry store in which we spent 5k. My fiancé got 2 wedding bands and I got one. I know their manager and I can’t wait to see him so I can tell him. They need to retrain those to associates. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get their names.

I ordered some jewelries with my girlfriend. One Saturday my girlfriend called them to ask whether our jewelries are ready. They said yes. Me and my girlfriend came happily. But they said no when we arrived!THEY CHEATED US!! PLEASE NEVER, EVER COME TO THEIR STORE!!

I walked in and never got greeted. Then I waited to be recognized, but they were too busy Talking among themselves. I asked to please see a piece I had seen online, but the lady that was helping me out couldnt even care to show me anything around my price range. Totally unprofessional and rude!! She couldnt explain anything to me, NOR try to show me anything at all. My boyfriend and I took our poorly $500 and went to Jared which is right upstairs from them. The workers there were so friendly and pointed me right to what I was looking for. They even apologized for them! Since they told me they were under the same company...how is this possible?!? I will never step foot here ever again. Safe yourselves the trip!

The new location they have made where Jared was once, is HORRIBLE. Their customer service sucks. Walked in & was NOT greeted. The lady stood seated in a chair in front of the register talking with another employee that was sitting at the register. I asked to be assisted and she seemed as if she was bothered. Very Rudeeee!! NEVER AGAIN!!

My husband went to K Jewlery in Jersey Gardens on his lunch break to get me a mothers day gift. Saddly they complete ignored him and were rude to him and even told him that what he was lookimg at was too expensive for him. This is not aceptable they showed no humannity. We nor our friends and family will never buy anything from K jewlery.

I went to kay jewelry in Jersey Garden Mall in NJ.... I applied for a CC i got approved but but all that i was told that there will be no interest until 18 months and that was the only i applied. the first bill i received from kay the amount on the bill was way higher that what was on the receipt i got from the store and kay start charging me interest.Kay jewelry doesnt keep the word. Now im trying to get a lawyer.STAY AWAY FROM JEWELRY!!!! Please,.

Come back after almost three months, due to the onset of the pandemic. The good thing is that if security protocols are being given, each store and when entering the mall take the temperature. Although in the stores there is little merchandise.
