I been coming here for 2 years and I noticed some changes in this supermarket. They have been changing the prices little high slowly and their meat keeps going bad after purchasing it. They sell all the meats 2 or 3 days before expiring. Lately the meats I brought from them it’s been going bad and it smells terrible. Some chicken have broken bones and some weird dark green color on some meats. Also, some products are “mispriced” wrong. For example, the tag of the product would say $1.49 but when you bring the product to the register, the price rings up to $3.00 or something. They would tell me “oh that’s not the correct price. It’s more.” I would just shop at another supermarket instead of Super El Rey Supermarket. I stopped buying products from them due to poor customer services, bad meats, over price products, and etc.

Its a convenient neighborhood mini market. The cashier was polite.

El Rays is a convenient place to shop,in the neighborhood. There have been times when I forgot an item at shoprite, I was able to purchase it from El Rays. Unfortunately when I went this morning, they didnt have what I needed.

This p is underrated. Have a be wide selection of goods but their stock is not checked enough so be mindful of what you get

This supermarket has a great variety of fresh produce. I purchased whater and i could not pay with debit card as my purchase was less than 5 dollars. I was asked to spend a minimum of $ 5 dollars or higher to pay with card. Just be aware of that..

Came here and grabbed goods that were on sale and was refused the sale price due to a misprint. The owner said he would not sell me the items for the sale price regardless of the misprint. Poor customer service and a nasty attitude. Ive come to this supermarket since I was a kid. Youd think they would value their long time customers. I will not be returning and I will take my money elsewhere.
