Very slow unloading, tight place, worst company I deliver to, avoidSpent 3 hours

Pretty busy place, took 1.5 hours just to get in the yard, and the guy who unloaded me was a lil rude but tolerable.

I have been buying for a few months from them. Then I placed an order over the phone. We had a bad conection and when I went to pick up the order I let the sales rep know it was incorrect. I wasnt sure what was wrong as I didnt have the paper work with me. He said no problem just let him know. I called the next day to tell him they had ordered the wrong size studs. I ordered the correct size. When i went back to return the incorrect order and pick up the new order, which the again dodnt do correctly, they REFUSED to take back the material. They made the mistake but were not willing to stand behind their error.As a small woman owned business I felt taken advantage off. They have made multiple errors in the order were a later order comes in and not order that was placed much earlier, sometimes they have forgotten to place the order. I would put up with that but being cheated is unforgivable. I would not recomend them in any way.
