Got here to the Sallys in elk city Oklahoma 20 min before they are supposed to close at 6 and the door is already locked. Never will I come back to this store again id rather drive 2 hours to Amarillo from where I live the 45 min to this one

They were very helpful in recommending a product to help me get blue color out of my light colored hair.the product they recommended,got all the blue color out!!!!I was very happy for their help.

Very rude, shelves are empty and they never want to help just stand at the counter and ignore people. Been in several times. Need new employees

Very disappointed. Bare shelves been out of stock on stuff for long time. Lady wasnt friendly or helpful today.

The lady that helped me was awesome, she did her very best to get me what I needed. Unfortunately they didnt have any silver shampoo in stock, but I did get the conditioner.

The ladies who work there are very nice and kind.

Ive been shopping at Sallys how many years very disappointed that they discontinued the line of Cross City control shampoo and conditioner other than that Ive had a fantastic relationship with Sallys certain products to replace them with God knows what type of products leaves me in a quandary

Its clean & you can go in and out fast. Prices are a little bit high though.
