I love this place! the staff is very informational, Wyatt does everything in his power to ensure that I’m fully up to date on everything I buy from the store and they are constantly getting in new mods, I probably spend a little too much bc I just can’t pass up an amazing price for a whole box mod kit. Best vape shop. I go there often. The house juice is pretty decent and have a good price compare to most. I bought 4 mods there and got good results. They always have mods and coils in stock when I want to purchase .

From NY, I went there to visit a friend in Oklahoma and she introduced me to the vape life. It was a new thing for me, new environment, cool atmosphere, and cool people.I Quit smoking since my first visit at Fantasy Vapors since July 2015 and I cant even stand the smell of a cigarette now. They shipped everything to me once I returned to NY.If I visit Oklahoma I definitely would drop in again just to check out the new updates, chill and say hello to great people. Pretty good place and awesome service.Edit: yesterday when I tried to get some more juice, at 1pm, their door was locked. Business hours clearly stated theyd be open, other than this experience, its still a good place to get juice and mods. Just dont buy the Dr. Pepper juice, it does NOT taste like Dr. Pepper lol.

Bought a voodoo uforce tank from them about a week ago, for $38.26. I got home to try the new tank out on my mod, when I did, my mod said there was no atomizer detected. I tried calling them multiple times, but was never able to get an answer.On another note, I’ve had a few friends ran off because of their reviews. In their reviews of this establishment, they clearly stated that there was a problem with their business hours not being followed by staff and owners. Being a customer of over a year, I can truely say this is factual.When my friends were ran off, they were told to go to purple monkey. I would advise anyone to take this hint, and give your business to the better of the two. If I could, I would give this establishment zero stars. Not only for the tank not operating, but the other items I have bought from them being bogus, and also how rudely they handled the declining of service to some customers. I have not stated this before, but childish, vulgar language was used by the owner when turning away said customer.

I bought some CBD Vape oil. I was told it did not contain THC. I was drug tested at my doctors office. I tested positive for THC! Im so pissed! The owner wont even call me back! Ill never go in that store again! Had she called me back I wouldnt be so mad. I wanted her to know so other people wouldnt get in trouble. She just lost a customer.

I went in a day ago or so. No idea what I needed or where to start. She was very friendly and so very helpful got me started, and been without a cig since. Will go back anytime I need help or more flavors.

Came in knowing absolutely nothing about vaping, but wanted one instead of e-cigs.Called first to warn her that two of us were coming in, to be sure that she had time.She was very patient, incredibly polite and very helpful in finding a unit and flavors to get us started.We took the last few hours of her day (while other customers came in and out), asked a lot of questions and left very satisfied with our purchase.Highly recommend!

Paid for 1 year warranty for mod and tank together but they told me that theres a slim chance of that and didnt fix my problem with my mod or tank. Treated me like I was a 14 year old the entire time too which did not help.

Poor service. The woman had no clue what shes talking about. I asked for a specific coil and even though I told her what it was she proceeded to spend 15 minutes on Google then sell me the wrong coil. I sat for a while as she argued with her son whom she had working the register and I even caught what seemed to be a pile of dog shut sitting in the back room. Would not recommend fantasy.

I was in elk city on a rare occasion so i visited fantasy vapors. Not even a little impressed. As i was asking about juice the owner i assume walked in and immediately started complaining about hot flashes. Hey no prob i have them myself. But then the f-bomb comes out of her mouth. I am not ok with that. I dont use the word and it is offensive to me as a customer. I bought a small bottle of juice but i have no desire to go back. Just sayin act according if u want more business.

They are always so helpful and nice. I wouldnt vap any where else.

This place sucks they sold me some bs mod that didnt work and when i asked to trade it in for something of lesser value he wouldnt let me so that tells me he knew it didnt work when he sold it to me and when he tried to get it to work he set up my rda in a very very unsafe way! Yeah there juice is alright but they way better flavors and are way more knowledgeable at the purple monkey vape shop I suggest go there if you want to lead in the right direction!

I bought my first vapor from this place,never knew who the owner was at the time. I always heard yelling or cussing from back, which seemed odd and It was unproffessional Then when I realized there was another store in twn they put their opinion on the table for sure. Other place isnt anything at all, they would also say disrespectful things .Its not appropriate for a business owner to get upset in front of customers,or behind the door all the time cause shes in a bad mood. Also heres something I found out myself, they were NOT the 1st v@por store in western oklahoma. GooGlenn it, I did see what comes up. It was ma and pops vapor,or something like that. How can u post that u were the first store and in fact u werent. Thats false information,everything was nice in the beginning,and after I took the bait, it went downhill. Store being closed alot on regular business days,then juices started to be way inconsistent. Too sweet,no real taste of the flavor that was wanted,nicitone was over powering. I wasnt expecting a 3 mg of nicotine in a 30 ml bottle of juice to taste like pepper.I couldnt even vape it, every time I did it made not only my stomach hurt but also gave me a severe headache. The way it tasted was more like a 24 mg then a 3mg. It must not have been measured right .That could have given me very sick. Im sure this isnt a surprise about nicitone levels to others either . People need to know their juice is coming from a clean environment as well as know what nicitone goes in it. Ill be buying from another vape store that actually cares what customers want, as well as what is affordable to them. Good luck fellow Vapors.

Literally every time I have tried to come in here it’s closed more often than not. It’s frustraitong when they say it closes at 7 and you could show up in the middle of the day and nobody is here.
