After trying to speak with a stylist for 2 weeks, I finally got an appointment.One stylist 100% gave me the snub (She didnt answer my text or voicemail) so I called the salon. They took my name and number promising to have someone call me back after roughly 4 days.... (Awesome) 🙄I finally got a referral from a couple girls recommending their newest stylist. She actually answered my call and scheduled an appointment for me.I told her that I wanted an all over color matching my natural color which is close to a 7N. Either the girl had her colors severely confused or someone put her up to royally messing up my hair. She colored it, blow dried it, and was fluffing my hair as she asked how I liked the color. I looked in the mirror with horror to find that the top portion of my hair was an orange-gold color and the bottom was ash green. She all of a sudden realized the hair shed been staring at for 2 hours was green... She wouldve let me walk out of there without saying a word. My hair also felt so disgusting that I literally could not run my fingers through it. It was a total fail. She looked to her color wheel for guidance and decided to put a mocha color all over because it was dark enough to ALMOST cover her mistake. I let with an auburn-brown hair that was very uneven, in color that is.I do NOT recommend this place unless youre one of their friends. They obviously dont live by the motto that their clients are their walking advertisement.Good job at completely failing, The Mix. Ill start to make my appointments in OKC again where there are real hairstylists that take pride in their work.
