I love shopping at United ! I have shopped there for over 30 yrs. I feel there prices are ever bet as good as Walmart & some better.They have willing workers to help you & I like there meat market. The store is clean & during the pandemic they did extra care.

This place is great on every level. Every time I walk in the the cashiers are very nice and welcoming. Anytime I have a question they are there to help or show me in the direction I need to go. They have offered to carry my items and load them. Their hours are decent too.

You definitely wont be disappointed with their smoked ribs and fried chicken. Better get there before 5 or theyll be out.

I Love United Super Market. The meat department seems to be the most fresh & natural of most. Easy to find items. The deli is really good at lunch. The employees seem to have a since of humor & thats awesome

Ive been to some really great grocery stores... HEB in Texas comes to mind... United isnt HEB! It is an okay grocery store though. Its clean if not updated like newer stores. Its not Wal-Mart... its just a grocery store. Oh, they have the odd items on their end caps - but youre not going to get a dozen eggs and camping gear in one trip.

Every employee was very nice each time I shopped there and they actually have hand sanitizer, 1st store that Ive been able to find hand sanitizer since the pandemic started

The store is well organized and stocked but the prices are higher than the other grocery stores in the area.

Wasnt impressed. It used to be a really nice store. Now it is dirty and there seems to be a lack of caring among the staff. Wont be back. Ill go to Homeland or Wal-Mart from now on when in Elk City.Forgot and went in it today. 6/13/19. Thats the dirtiest bathroom I have ever been in. Ive changed my review to a 1 star. It was just as dirty the last time I was in it. If I could give a zero, I would.

Ive had good experiences here and Ive had bad experiences here. Sometimes the checkers are very nice and then Ive had some of that have been rude. Overall the store is clean and usually has a pretty decent stock of what you need.

Even during this scare, the staff is friendly. They have everything in stock and are NOT price gouging

Prices vary on if they are were better. I ordered cake they got wrong name but fixed it & discounted it. So cake wasnt the prettiest but was delicious.oh smash cakes arent free

This market has been my go to market for years. I have no idea what has occurred, all I know the change isnt good. For example one red bell pepper shouldnt be $ 2.28 thats just highway robbery. If there prices dont go down Ill be forced to find deals elsewhere.

The cashier was very pleasant even though it was early evening when I stopped in. We were both tired but her effort made the event tolerable! I appreciate her attitude.

Love the shopping & would have to give 5 stars to the management & employees for treating me as a VIP costumer EVERY trip I go in .

It was a lot better when it was not owned by Homeland, but its still my preferred grocery store.

I used their fax service but apparently the recipient never received that fax. I called the next day and the store manager Diane answered and said theyd refax it and give me a refund. I told her I didnt need the refund, I just needed it refaxed. They took care of it without any hassles.

Store is clean and well stocked with the exception of fresh fruits.

No one cares. I needed one item, so I stopped by to purchase it at United. It was a $1 more than Wal-Mart, no one to check me out in front, and Katelyn at the service desk wanted to be anywhere else but work. I’ve tried to use your grocery store, but you need to do your part to try to keep it open.

Restroom was disgusting! This was accumulated filth not just something that had just happened
