This ACE location sold me a prehung door that was not loaded properly, warped on my way home… and then said they could not help .. I spent thousands last year and was to spend thousands this year, but upper management’s lack of standing behind their products and service makes me tell all .. STAY FROMTHIS LOCATION… !

Just left there there about an hour ago cashiers were rude and condescending kinda snide. Worst part was outside employees that work in the lumber yard is horrible and HAS to be against OSHA standards some how. It was awful poor guys are exhausted and were pulling 20 foot pieces of wood of a shelf 12 feet in the air! The wood stairs were falling apart they had to walk on, they had so many orders and they did there best to keep up for only 2 guys out there. Owners and management should be ashamed of themselves.

They close at 6pm. They dont know the difference in an elongated toilet bowl vs a round toilet bowl. Limited selection and all overpriced

Most of the time its a pleasure to do business at elk City ace but today on 3/1/2020 the cashier was so stoned that when he told me that they where out of 10 2x6s I ask him what lenths they had then in his reply was we are sold out of 2x6s then guy stepped in and assisted then after walking out to get loaded I could not find no yard hands after 5 minutes I call the store and got the same stoned kid on the phone if I got to load my own lumber and Trane the employees I will drive to altus or okc and shop
