I went for an oil change, not a “let’s not put enough oil in this cars engine” scam…..

Very professional. Very, very quick service. No hidden costs or pressure to buy more stuff. Very satisfied.

I was in and out in 15 minutes. I went at 11 on Saturday and there was no line. The price of a synthetic oil change for 6k miles was $56. Clean and friendly.

Id give it one star only because my husband has used them for oil changes. Id give them ZERO STARS for the experience my son had on 10/17/2018. He took his car there for an oil change and tire rotation. When he went to pick it up the mechanic showed him how the front tire moved, and said he needed to have a $280 repair done to the out tie rod end. My son was wary and decided to bring it home to our long-time mechanic for a second opinion. Our mechanic said there was NOTHING WRONG with the tie rod, with the exception of A LOOSE BOLT, which he tightened and then charged us nothing. Now, I cant say for sure that Oakton Auto Express loosened it on purpose, but they coincidentally had just finished a tire rotation, which upon completion, told my son there was a needed repair. When I called to complain the mgr put me on with the actual mechanic who then tried to convince me what he did was fine, constantly interrupting me, until I reminded him that my trusted mechanic found nothing wrong, no $280 repair needed, nothing but the loose bolt. I admit I finally got aggravated and hung up. If all it was was a loose bolt, why not tighten it instead of letting my son drive away in something potentially unsafe?! Why? DONT TRUST THEM TO DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN AN OIL CHANGE.

Under new management and the place runs perfectly. The prices are unbeatable. The oil was quick and the mechanic was extremely knowledgeable.

It makes me unfair to read something stupid of the ridiculous comments of some people about a workshop where they only dedicate themselves to keeping their customers cars in good condition and to prevent some discomforts from their customers with their cars. I drive my cars in that workshop for years. for the confidence that your mechanic gives me to explain what the damages are and to avoid in the future more damage to my cars as the safety of my family they simply make you see the defects of your cars and they do not force you to do it with them. week to do the oil change service a small adjustment in my truck and I was surprised the difference of the change they have made in that workshop there is water sodas water thank you for your customers and if before you had good communication with my family now it looks better Thank you for allowing me to be a client of your new reformation in your workshop

I walked in for an oil change and it was done in 10 minutes. They were very professional and courteous. Definitely coming back again. (Just dont come during lunch hour they told me)

I have just arrived in this city and I was looking for a place where to have the confidence to leave my vehicle recommended a friend that in this place are very friendly and with a price to reach of our pocket I take an estimate of another workshop to part that they gave me A nice discount I was given my vehicle on the same day with a very good warranty from this day will be my doctors of my vehicle if I recommend I was told that they are new owners since it was previously called all auto clinic with a bad reputation of their owners

I am satisfied with the service I have with this workshop I had an experience in the dodge dealer I went for an oil change and they took a lot of damage in my van but as always these characters recommend more than I should have asked another opinion and I did not think twice When they recommended me oakton auto express I spoke with the same mechanic and he explained what they needed to change thanks to God my van works without any problem that is why I recommend having a new opinion when I have a doubt of what the workshops say who else this workshop is at your service

Thanks for giving me a good service and fast, take my car with a problem and an estimated more than $ 1000 and they only changed a small hose my car and the problem will fix only cost me a few dollars compared to those large companies recommending to put unnecessary parts. so I recommend friends to go with them, not get carried away by people who make false comments on this workshop as me yes they helped me solve the problem of my car

I took the time to let the community know about this workshop, i had bad luck to get to this workshopfor service to fix a tire . the mechanic told me that the tool with which the tire is fixed is broken . he apologized for delay, but the owner of that shop i asked him until what time im going to be waiting for my car, becausei have to go to my work, the owner answers with his hands in his trouser bags with a character and a stupid expression (and) this owner has no idea of what a business is, he has no idea what education is in serving a client, i hope never to return to that workshop and you friends see them think before falling there

I went to this place to get a flat fixed. I wanted a plug and patch. You have to take the tire off for this job. The guys says yes bring your truck around the back. The back lot is full of screws and bolt. Surprised I didnt get another flat from that lot. The guy doesnt take the tire off!!!!! I went to go get my wheel lock out of my glove box and start hearing air leaking. The mechanic pulls the screw out before I can say anything. Mind you my tire is still bolted to the truck. He then attempts to drill out the hole and plug is with a strap plug. NOT THE PROPER WAY ANYMORE. I noticed this and go to the register to let them know. There is an Asian woman who knows absolutely nothing about cars. I know this because she has to ask the mechanic every single thing as if I was stupid. The guy says to me this is done right. They dont patch no more. I say YOU DONT DO THAT NO MORE!!!!. Needless to say I went somewhere else immediatley. They also voided my warranty. DO NOT GO HERE.

I go here every six months for oil changes. If you can check your fluids yourself and only need a filter, new oil and a tire fill this is the place.

Do NOT go here. I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I called in advance to have one of my tires checked because I kept having to re-fill it with air every week. So they said Sure, bring it in. Today is a good day because it is not a busy day. 5PM is fine. So I bring the car in at 4:45 PM. I explain to the guy thats helping me that I do NOT need an oil change. I need this tire (Im pointing to it) and explaining to him what the problem with my tire was. I also said to rotate the tires. He keeps nodding like he understands exactly what I was talking about, but I was concerned because it didnt seem like he spoke any English. I once again said I did NOT need an oil change but I was interested in spark plugs. He keeps nodding, ok, ok. So I figure the guy can handle it and if not he or someone can ask if they have questions.I wait in the waiting room--not a long wait. They ask me to come to the front counter to check out. I ask if he got the tire fixed. She says he added air to the tires and all is fine. I said did he check the tire to see if there was something wrong with it. She says no. I said why not? She said they didnt have time today but could do it tomorrow (contradicts what she said on the phone a couple hours earlier and the place is open for another hour yet). I could tell they wanted me to leave quickly because there was at least another person waiting in the line outside.So I ask what did he do then and she says oil change--$23.99...I couldnt believe it I said I didnt want an oil change and I was very very clear about that. She says why didnt I want one and I said I didnt need one...I came here for my tires and was very clear about that to your guy. So she argues with me, talks to her husband and they say: ok, thats fine. Just go, no charge. Then I said ok, so I come back tomorrow for the tire and she says no, dont come back. I said excuse me, dont come back? and she says do not come back, we dont want to do business with you. You not pay oil change. Just go.Ok, so Im not used to this in America. This isnt how you treat a customer who got the wrong service. It was their fault, not mine. If anything, I should have gotten an apology from them. So in other words, if they mess up and you refuse to pay it--you are not welcome back at their shop. Really? Is this the America youre used to? Its not the one Im used to and if youre like me youll boycott these kinds of places and make it clear we dont stand for that in this country.So not only will I never go back there, but apparently I cannot go back there. And they were very quick to get rid of me...I could tell all they wanted were more customers. They dont care AT ALL about you. They just care about making a buck and treating customers like garbage--ESPECIALLY THE WOMAN THAT WORKS THERE

Engine oil change. They did not change oil filter and did not fill enough oil in engine. Unbelievable!

Worst place in the world owners rude looks like they only have one guy doing the oil change for 3 stalls poor guy probably only get minimum wage but the people expect him to pump out everything oil change efficiently under four conditions

Bad service, they put a bigger air filter on my car, which caused the engine to be working and spending gasoline. However, they were not responsible for this.
