Great place for new or used commercial kitchen types of equipment. The owner Dorel is a very helpful, easygoing person and he went above and beyond to help me even though I made a mistake with my measurements. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Great management.

Ive been dealing with Darrel for over 10 years,never seen or heard of duty equipment leaving his shop for delivery and he stands behind his equipment, when under warranty, even it cost him money to send out technician to fix issue, glad to be doing business with him.

A large selection of equipment, in good/refurbished condition, but it is difficult to get any type of service for the equipment. If it is a major piece of equipment (ie ice machine, dish washer, refrigerator) you may want to consider buying new for the warranty and service aspects. At the very least compare pricing and do a cost savings analysis.

Ordered a custom freezer with Dorel and he worked around my schedule and got it done in no time at a fraction of the price! Purchased a Custom 20 x 20 Walk In Unit from this company. Dorel the owner quoted out the project him self. We agreed to pay $30000 for the unit. We payed $23,000 upfront to get the work started. He walked me through the facility should me exactly what used equipment would be used and then quoted out that out compressor would be a new roof top unit.Needless to say after the unit was installed I found that the compressor was used running on out dated freon and we where supplied the incorrect fan unit for our cooler.Within a day of the equipment running it failed. The workmanship was horrible. All of the electrical lines within the roof top compressor where installed incorrectly. They made an exterior housing for the unit with pieces of sheet metal leaving huge gaps for birds to setup nest.Dorel has now refused to provide the equipment he stated he would use as quoted in the contract and has threaten to file l a lien.We told him to do the work as agreed and the remaining balance would be paid and he has literally refused to make amends for the LIEs he told me and for his complete disregard of the contract, equipment and pricing we agreed to.
