I am very impressed by the quality of work done. Greg who came to set up the security system was awesome! He was very patient while I was getting a few things verified thru Internet provider and Modem company. He was there the entire time helping me to identify and trouble shoot the issue. He made things easy for me to understand. Highly recommend.

The tech Greg took great interest in detailing the review of security placement in my home. He went out of the way to get a power extension from hardware store which he found missing upon arrival. He also did a good job of explaining all the details of the installation and helped in setting up my mobile application quickly. He answered my questions. Kudos to the schedulers as well as my appointment kept moving and they kept up with all the rescheduling. I recommend Procom and their people. They did a great job.
