Always clean especially for a gas station. Employees are very helpful and service is fast.

The gas prices are usually the lowest in several counties as far as i can ascertain. The facilities are generally very clean, and they have good options for food. If i need to grab some food for work thortons is my go to. They have a fully stocked sandwich bar, all necessary condiments, pastries and a roller grill.

Great selection of snacks for the ride. They offer all fuel types including diesel. Convenient location, but I would say no tractor trailers at this particular station. Parking lot is too small for that.

Ill give it two stars since the prices are usually the best around. But if you go inside at night to pay cash for your fuel, expect to wait longer to pay then it does to actually fill a 30 gallon tank.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Bad service, bad attitude towards me and other customers. She wouldnt let me get my money back when I tried to fill my car with gas and I had a extra 3 dollars. And I just left it for her because I dont want to stress out for 3 dollars. Especially during these times with the pandemic. And the place was filled with people. But it is really important to respect customers and treat them with a nice attitude.

Cigarette prices all over gas station (big displays and even banners on the gas pumps) DONT MATCH the price at the register, seriously like $2 more expensive (Marlboro) . When I asked why, was told that its old advertising.... REALLY? How old? From 3 months ago and they cant be updated?

Truck stop which runs out of coffee all the time!Everything else is good. I really never had a problem with workers and yes, there are big lines but cleared really quickly.

Good selection of products good selection of items both hot and cold. This is a smaller store than some of the other thortons in the area. Gas prices are relatively average at this store compared to others in the area. Its a quick easy in-and-out as it on a major road

I live on coffee. This place is right down the road from my work, has reasonably priced coffee and food, and has very helpful employees. I am guilty of getting coffee here several times a week.

None of the pumps work very well and the line inside is ridiculous.

This place is THE BEST !!!! it always has fresh DIESEL !!! PUMPS are garbage and some of the screens on pumps dont work as they should lol most of the times you won get a receipt unless you walk inside to get one but people inside and their attitude + prices make up for that lol love this place and their coffee !!!

Theres another Thorntons a mile away, I prefer to drive an extra mile because the employees of this place is terrible. You can tell they dont want to work and it seemed like you are a bother to them if you go there. Very rude people working there.

Some of the most unprofessional and rude staff Ive ever run into anywhere. Right in front of customers the cashiers would make faces and comments towards what the people wants in Spanish. Two separate occasions.

Good food cheap gas and cigarettes.

This place is a dump. I question the quality of the fuel based in every broken pump, and the over all garbage dump appearance. This is one of those places that desperatly needs a change in ownership to someone who cares about their establishment. Current owners have given up.

Poorly maintained, pumps work half the time almost every time i have to go inside, and get in line just for a receipt because it wont print at the punp. Not the place to go if you want to get in an out.

Customer service is horrible the indian guy behind the counter is the worse he is lucky i kept my cool they be forgetting this is still a CHICAGO suburb they better fix there attitude before they run into the wrong person . i will never give them my money again ill pay the extra money and deal with people that know how to treat a customer .
