All i can say is Felix and Mark gave the best customer service i have gotten at any store specially with the big purchase and time and understanding they gave me made me feel like i have known them forever. If you ever come to the store Felix and Mark are the ones to go to Highly recomend and outstaing excellent service!!!! 10☆ if it was possible. I went in for some small items and saw a chair on sale that I liked so I took a picture to see if Id like it. I went home, decided I wanted the chair, came back the next day and the price was higher. I asked if they would honor yesterdays sale price. Instead of getting a yes or a no, the manager was rude and implied that I was being sneaky or shady. Not a good experience.

I was at the store for 15 minutes, only 1 customer at the store and I asked for assistant twice and nobody came to help us!! At the end I had to leave without purchasing anything and the cashier was telling me that everyone is busy and he was doing nothing just sitting!!!! I am not surprised why stores are closing down!!! Thankfully there is AMAZON!!!

Ok, So i went into this office max today because we were out of Ink for our printers and its near to my office. I was a little out of my element with this specific inks and parts because we it was a new printer and the General manager( i think his name was ED). I walked up to the side counter and gave him all the info of what i needed to buy and he walked through the whole store with me to make sure i got the exact Inks and and other items I needed. Extremely helpful. i was stressin about it. I will make sure to use this location! Your a good dude, Ed! I appreciate it!

Big box store with many products that clutter & make it a difficult place to shop. Shelf prices missing or incorrect. Employees working hard but needed a few more to make it a better experience.

They have a very good selection of just about anything you may need. Prices are competitive too. Many deals weekely.

I purchased 3 brother printers from this location and they are trash. For some reason all three of my printers keep running low on colors not being used. At this point i might as well purchase a new printer again with the amount money i have spent on yellow ink and blue ink and magenta ink. So much for trusting the Brother brand. I call the store and they have a 15 day policy which is great, but you dont start seeing this problem till your at least a month into it how convenient. If you allow to sell trash at your place of business then there is no better word to discribe yourself.

I work very close to this store and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful. I get a lot of my home office supplies from there and returns have never been a problem provided they are done in a reasonable fashion (receipt, all components, no abuse).

The staff is always helpful...especially in the printing and media department...especially MARTA....always a smile....what a kind person she truly is....also manager Pete or paul.....a great guy

This office depot appears to be hanging on by a thread. There is a VAST amount of unused floor space and the product selection was horrible. I was unable to find the products I needed for work and was forced to find another location to purchase them.

Office depot been my office supply store but today went to pick up envelopes for 100 almost 17.00 thats insane so i went to amazon got 200 free del for 15.00 will have tomorrow there office supply is getting very pricey

After almost being hit by the speeding driver of this car, he told me that he owns the Landmeier Office Depot. That rank apparently allows him to speed in parking lots, disregard pedestrian rights, and park illegally. His arrogance and rudeness eliminated me as a customer.
