I went to negotiate the prices on my final order with Sylvia. However, I have been yelled at and showed no respect.I have never been treated that way. Anyway their loss. I got a better pricing by their competitor in the area.

I recently had a granite vanity top and sink installed in by GranitePol. I had looked into a couple of different granite companies and finally decided on GranitePol largely because they had given me the most reasonable price. I started out by going to their store and getting an estimate, at which time I also selected my granite from their yard behind the store. Sylvia answered all of my questions (and I must admit that I am a first time home owner/renovator and therefore I had many questions) and explained all of my options. The next day, a GranitePol employee came to my home and measured the vanity I had already purchased and installed. He confirmed and went over all of the specific details I had chosen the day before and even brought a sample piece of granite with different edges so that I could see how the edge would look in my bathroom. A few days later, I got a call that my granite was ready to be installed. We agreed on a date and time for installation and on that day two gentlemen arrived at my home and installed the granite countertop and sink quickly and efficiently. After they confirmed that everything was done to my liking they cleaned up and left.I am extremely pleased with the final product and intend to call GranitePol again when I renovate my kitchen next year.I feel rather silly writing this, but contrary to the previous reviewers claim, I am neither an an employee nor an owner of this company... yet I had a very positive experience dealing directly with them rather than dealing with a middle man.
