It’s a Dunkin’ doughnuts. Nothing special about the ice cream or drinks. The few times I come they never make the caramel iced lattes right and if I try to order a Oreo cappuccino blast, they never have Oreos to make it with. You’re literally a 2 - 5 minute walk from a Jewel Osco for them to always be out of something and saying they can’t make whatever off their menu. Luckily there is a STARBUCKS that always has everything and is willing to make your drink correctly.
I ordered cappuccino blast which I always order the same drink at baskin robins but the taste changed or they made it wrong. This is why I dont like drive-thru cuz I cant see how they make. I couldnt get in to the store cuz the door was locked without any sign. I wont go this location.
Ive ordered several of these tags. They are easy to read and the ones I have bought look the same after long time use. I live in Mexico and the delivery time was surprisingly quick.
Door was locked despite sign saying they are open. I guess they changed to drive thru only without posting the change any place online nor on the front door.
Ordered a chocolate shake and a peanut butter chocolate shake, not really sure what the second one wound up being but it took so long to make I just took it. The shakes were very liquidy to the point of barely being a shake. Not the first time this location has screwed up my order but one of the more disappointing ones.
I had ordered an ice cream cake with a Happy Birthday message for my daughter online. I paid for the cake, and was scheduled to pick it up on May 15th at 4:00 pm. I got there right at 4:00, and I was told that the lady who makes the cakes was sick, so no cake was made. I said, Well why didnt anyone tell me that? The employee said, Well, I just found out when my manager told me 2 hours ago. I said, So then why wasnt I told 2 hours ago? She said that she didnt have my information; I told her my information was on the order, and she said shes not the one who does that. I was furious. I understand things happen. But TELL ME that. To just not communicate with the customer when you cant give them what they ordered is so lazy. In what world do you take an order (and money) from a customer, dont make the item, and just shrug your shoulders? Because of that, it was too late for me to get a cake anywhere else. The 3 people involved in this dropped the ball. They didnt care whatsoever. And the fact that the manager was involved is very telling. Irresponsible and lazy business.
I spent $8.31 for a Banana Split here. I might be wrong but that seems a little high. If I wasnt having a fat-moment I dont think I would have paid for it. I know not to go here for a Banana Split next time.
I go to this branch even though I have one in front of my house. I like the service and accuracy of service. Ankur is always pleasant to deal with. Great job guys!!
Ankur (middle aged Indian man) is rude af. Asked him for ice cream samples before we got scoops and he said “NO SAMPLES. DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT.” So me and me cousins were like okayyyy. We payed for regular scoops and he gave us kids scoops. And he denied that they were kids scoops. Then he got mad when our little group wanted two separate checks because he had already made a single one. Then, he wasn’t letting me use my coupon but I finally got him to scan it. Then he was getting mad when we pulled out coins to pay the 51 cents. And yea very dissatisfied because I always go here and never have dealt with this. Never gonna go here again. I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the other nearest baskin Robbins but will not go back here :’(

Every time we go they NEVER HAVE the ice cream I want. I don’t know why they don’t update the sign at the drive thru! One time the guy was very rude telling us they didn’t have that flavor...
Very pricey but alit of flavors to choose from
