Half the people who work at this place hate everyone including themselves. Its sad, how miserable one could be if they havent found their purpose in life.

I work for a company called Mauser Packaging in the maintenance department. We go to this location all the time. The workers and extremely helpful and informative.Maria at the register is polite and always happy to call for someone to assist you.

I have found the retail staff are expert level Pros in areas like plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry. I have been impressed by their knowledge and willingness to use this expertise to assist customers. They have a small shop in back for cutting and creating projects. If you dont know what you want or how do to it, they can help.

Never disappointed. Typically have what you need.

The largest selection of hardware you will find anywhere. They even have specialty items that big box stores dont have. Customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. Hands down better than any place like it. The staff here will find the parts you need and get you out the door as soon as humanly possible. I have been doing service calls throughout Illinois for 11 years, and if I am anywhere near Miller Industrial I will go there before anywhere else.

Maria was very helpful I gave her five star I go to Miller industrial very often and it’s great to see a very helpful staff.

This place is great! Except for Marias attitude at the checkout.

Everyone except the cashier, Maria were helpful and pleasant. Even fellow employees dont like her. I would give her the benefit of a bad day but she has been there a long time and is consistently nasty. You know its not what she says but how she says it. I wrote this review because I had to go there twice and put up with it !!! My day isnt going well and I dont give attitude. She helped in making it worse! Sorry for the rant.

You will not find better customer service anywhere in any business. Everything is always well stocked. If they dont have it then they will order it in front of you and get you an arrival date. Great place.

I cant believe this place has so few reviews given its devoted customer base. Most employees are veterans of the store and they are well skilled in troubleshooting: Im trying to figure out a way to... - they can help you think outside the box. Free food on Tuesdays! Like many local businesses, we have an open account here so they are my one stop shop 90% of the time or better for all my industrial and hardware needs.

What a real hardware store is... Quality items at a realistic price. Not cheap goods, (unless you are in the $5 & $10 bargain bins). Wright brand tools. Compete easily with big truck tools, without having to wait for a truck.

A real hardware store! They arent selling a bunch of other crap like so many other hardware stores. They have Ace hardware stuff including the largest assortment of the bolts and fasteners and hardware Ive ever seen. I didnt really have much time to look around but I will be back and revise my review.

I make a trip to Miller almost daily. Most of the service associates know me by name. I get a little frustrated when one cashier in particular struggles to get our account retrieved when ever I go to check out. It should be second nature to her. Everyone else gets it right away. I also just wish theyd stock up on the chocolate wafer cookies. Im getting a little upset that they arent in the free cookie tray everyday. In fact I think they should have a separate cookie tray just for them. Im thinking about writing the upper management about this. However the free popcorn on Friday helps.
