We had a wonderful experience. Manny Jones the manager was extremely knowledgeable and above and beyond helpful. The granite selection is extensive, and very well organized by color. We had been discouraged by our experience looking at other showrooms that reportedly had more choices. I wish we had started with Manny, because we would have saved time and aggravation. Go directly to American Granite for a great experience!

My wife and I came in per recommendation of a friend and owner of Granite Pol Corp.We were stunned at the selection of various stone slabs and phenomenal customer service.We dealt directly with Manny, who gave us a great deal on a slab of high quality granite that was fit perfectly to our kitchen layout.His knowledge base, effort to understand our needs, and overall focus on customer satisfaction was outstanding.We would highly recommend doing business with American Granite Company and will consider them for any future projects.

The experience was AMAZING. It was my first time picking out something like this so I didnt know what to expect. When we arrived everyone was so nice. They explained the process and then let us take a look at their inventory. Walking through their warehouse was like a spa experience. Granite is beautiful in itself but the atmosphere was just as beautiful. Highly recommend!

Tony is one of the most helpful employees I have ever dealt with. He is extremely thorough and he ensures that you get the best material for the best price along with all the details that you would ever want. I am a fabricator and use American Granite all the time not only for their great service but also their material quality is top of the line. I have bought over 1000+ materials from American Granite and truly - everytime my customers were extremely happy and fabricating the materials has never been an issue.

They have very nice slabs and the staff is great. The general manager was not only helpful with moving/viewing all the slabs we wanted to see, but he also was very informative and provided us with a mini education session on how the slabs are made, how to care for them, what to look for, tips if they get stained, tricks to buff out scuffs, etc. We found 2 pieces of gorgeous Super White for our new home and another very unique slab called Glacier Gray.

I went to most of the granite wearhouse in elk Grove but I kept coming back to American Granite. We bought two slabs from American Granite for our two kitchens . They have a wide collection of stones different types . Kim was so helpful and I really thank all of them as I drove them crazy with going there a lot until we got Da Vinci and Pretoria white . Good prices . Only advise I can give is get your own fabricators !

Very helpful, they will not give you pricing. You will have to get a fabricator to call them and then your fabricator will quote you. Very nice selection of stone but it is hard to see so many without any clue to what they cost. To figure it out you have to give your fabricator so many types just to understand what you can and cant afford. Again very nice selection of granite and quartzite...

Claudio, the manager is great. We have purchased our stone from this place a few times already and have recommended multiple friends and clients. The warehouse is a bit smaller than most in this area, but they have a great selection.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I selected a slab of quartzite and reserved it so that it could be sent to my fabricator. I literally placed a sticker on the slab with my name on it. Fast forward 2 weeks to when my fabricator arrived at our house to install the countertop. The slab we selected and reserved was flawless. The slab they sent my fabricator was full of rust colored imperfections. They pulled a classic bait and switch. They took the flawless slab we selected, sold it to someone else, and sent our fabricator a slab full of imperfections. When I told my fabricator this was absolutely not our slab, they immediately got in touch with Ameican Granire who dodged their calls and denied any wrongdoing. I thankfully took photos of the slab we selected and reserved and could easily prove without a doubt that the slab they sent to our fabricator was a different, inferior slab. I refused to allow my fabricator to install the inferior slab. Deceptive practices - Go elsewhere!!!

American Granite is a great source for fabricators, we always find great selection at a great price, and service is the best!
