Pallet services has always been a pleasant company to work with- they get the job done when needed in a timely manner, they’re super responsive and efficient. The owners have been in the pallet business for over 40 years- they know what they’re doing whenever new business comes in and they work hard to care for and maintain their long lasting customers.

I had a total of 15 pallets to be picked up. Spoke with the owner on the phone who stated that he wouldnt pay for that few pallets and that it had to be at least 50. I told him that we do not need money for them we just want to get rid of them so if he had someone in the area he could just pick them up for free. Told him we are located in Hoffman Estates and he said that it would not be a problem after I sent him pictures of them. Was nothing but polite to him. He then texted me and asked where we are located so I sent him the address (which I had already stated to him over the phone) and he said that he couldnt come out this far. When I asked him if he had anyone else he knew who could come grab them he simply said ur to far. giggle pallet near me.
