One of the best places for wild ale Ive seen in the general area and its a chain store?!?! Highly recommended, friendly staff waiting to help, an amazing selection of all kinds of drinks and cigars, I could spend a fortune in here and walk out happy.

Is there any better place to buy alcohol? Total Wine and Bevmo are hands down the big dogs of selection. Like King Kong and Godzilla. Im always having a hard time deciding on what to get when it comes to beer because the huge selection even refrigerated. They give wine noobs like me direction with little wine scores too. Plus a great selection of liquor. Can never complain about this place. Happy to be back in CA where its open Sundays too.

I was able to find this bottle of tequila for a coworker of mine.

This total wines is the best.. it has a vineyard or barn house kinda vibe that kinda makes you feel relaxed and the staff is super knowledgeable and personable. Great selection in wine, spirits, beers and even cigars!

I was craving my favorite coffee liquer (Copa de Oro and sure enough, they had it.So much to choose from and friendly staff.

They have every imaginable selection especially of hard to find liquors for specialty cocktails. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

The service here is amazing. Clean aisles, attentive staffs. Jacob was awesome. I got offered wine tasting and was able to pick up the sweet red wine I like.

They had lots of helpers to show you where anything that you are looking for that they carry is.The young lady that helped me was very helpful and even took the extra time to actually place items in my cart even though I am quite capable of doing it myself. I found that very refreshing and her very knowledgeable.All that and she was very beautiful. Arden store didnt have 1.75 1800 tequila in stock. So, had to drive out to Laguna store and luckily they had only 2 bottles left. Not good on keeping the 1.75 in stock. But the young lady clerk was kind and helpful along with the manager.

I really like the build your own 6 pack thing but I wish they had more options from local brewers.

Love this place. Especially the wine tasting. Lady doing wine tasting told us about the cardinal red, and how its just like grape juice . Sooooo yummy with bubbly.Did not care for the watermelon sangria. I love the original one.....but not this flavor.

I had my first and last shopping experience at this location yesterday. Upon entering the store my niece and I were greeted and told about the wine tasting happening that day. When I couldn’t find the blend I was looking for I sought out an employee and was led to the right section. This is when things started to get uncomfortable. The same man who greeted us upon arrival “found” us in the aisle, jogged over, and asked if we were finding everything okay, simple enough. I said yes, he asked if I was sure, I said yes again and he left. After grabbing what I came for, I decided to look at the Spain wines. While in this section I was approached two more times and asked if I needed any assistance, to which I replied that I was just browsing. This would seem normal if there wasn’t a store full of other customers none of whom I seen approached as many times as us, and I was in this store for 15 minutes at the most. At checkout the cashier asked for my ID as well as one for my 12 year old niece. I advised her that she was a child and was just accompanying me in the store. Not out of the ordinary. She then asked how we were related. I told her she was my niece, my sisters ‘ daughter. She turns to another cashier & says “she says it’s her niece I don’t know”. The cashier says that’s okay, then our cashier continues scanning. When she scans the last bottle she calls over another cashier and tells her the same thing, “She says it’s her niece, I don’t know, is it okay?” To which that cashier responds, “Okay, that’s fine.” So at this point I’m uncomfortable and starting to get annoyed. I ask if this was normal protocol because I was confused. There were several customers with children, and again I seen no one else go through this. The cashier seemed taken aback by my question and said “Um, yes we ask sometimes only if the kid looks to be your child or is close to 18.” Made absolutely no sense! Again, my niece is 12 years old & looks no where near 18! She never so much as touched the shopping cart containing the wine bottles, so this entire interaction still doesn’t make any sense. My niece even expressed grievance and asked if that’s normal. Anyway, I will stick to BEVMO.The one star is for their wine selection and prices. The missing four is solely based on how they made me feel during this shopping experience.

The first time I visted this store I was surprised how large of a variety they have for almost ever kind of alcohol you can image. They also carry nonalcoholic mixers, juices and soda. This store is perfect for anyone looking for unique or rare alcohol.

The fabulous employee that helped me was Kera. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the different wines and spirits and even gave funny stories to go with each one she suggested. Knew exactly which kind of booze suits my needs. Definitely coming back!

I rarely write reviews about anything when Google, tells me Im popular...I have over the past few years developed an affinity for Bourbon, and by that I mean good Bourbon...This store has a great selection and tremendous values if you know what your doing...If you dont, I have found the staff is very helpful AND knowledgeable and particularly Grant Larson whom definitely didnt waste my time or money with his reccomendation yesterday..Imola and dont remember the other guys names but,...Ill be back for sure.

Good place to get discounts on beverages, wine and spirits. Today, I bought 8 bottles of Coke Zero for less than the sale price at Raleys. (Besides, Raleys had a hard time keeping Coke Zero in stock).

Started a journey into the realm of whiskey. I believe the employee there who helped narrow down a few choices was named Jacob. He recommened knappogue Irish whisky; then kaiyo Japanese whiskey. Both are so good. He really knows his whisky and doesnt try to just shove the most expensive item on you. Going to try their cigar section next and see whats a good one to pair it with whiskey.

THEY have service! We got A-1 service to find my hubbys favorite beer, Pabst Blue Ribbon, it was all the way in the back of store becuz at Total Wine, Wines are 1st!
