These guys are awesome. Bought 4 new TOYO tires for my Mazda. I came in a week in advance to find about pricing and availability. Came back on my day off and got them replaced. No hassle, tire protection (extra $ but worth it!), alignment check, balance and rotation, nitrogen air, new valve stems, THE WORKS! Worth every penny! They are busy with lots of customers who love their service so plan accordingly.

I have been here for 1 hour 2nd person in the door yet my car sits in the same same spot it’s been. These people here talk a whole dame lot and nothing is happening. Their friend’s are walking in after me being serviced first. Must be freaking nice.

Big O Tires really helped my mom out today. My mom has been here before and said that they are very honest, trustworthy, informative, and great at their job. We came in today to get my moms brakes checked because they felt weird and a weird noise came from them. They gave her the results in the lifespan of the front/back brakes and let her know she needed them replaced as soon as she could because shes heading out of town this weekend. She decided to change them here and they offered it at an affordable price. During the replacement, they let my mom know that her driver side was practically metal to metal. 🤦🏻‍♀️ But even though it was so damaging and big o tires being concerned for her safety in driving, they fixed the other issues on top of that. Theyre customer service was so friendly and welcoming. We very much appreciate the help from Deyrick and the employees. I highly recommend Big O Tires. Thank you for taking care of my mom.

The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. This has been my go-to place for many different services. They are thorough and honest and have a stringent checklist. Staff here are very upfront about everything and will realistically tell you what you need to know about wait times and costs. You guys are the best!

Made an appointment today for a 4pm regular oil change, online, after seeing a 29.99 oil change offer. Drove 20 miles to wait at the counter for 10 min and drop off my keys (after arriving 5 min early). 5 min later I am told that the location is out of regular motor oil. The lady at the counter proceeds to inform me that I will have to purchase synthetic oil at more than double the cost of the advertisement that brought me there in the first place. Classic bait and switch. Very disappointed at the waste of time and fuel expense.

I have had Big O Tires on at least 1 of my cars for years. Nothing but great experiences at each Big O I have been to. Big O in Elk Grove is no exception. Great service and fairly priced. Had my oil changed and brakes replaced. Truck is running great and breaks are working well.

This is my second time here this week. Same great deal on an oil change, different car. Plus I know that they will check my aging 09 Accord over from front to back They caught a needed brake fluid flush on my 03 Tacoma and fixed a burned out taillight that I didn’t know about. They will have me in and out in under an hour - almost every time.They beat every other shop around for everything. I know because I tried the others over the years (just to see for myself).This is the place to got for professionalism, lower prices and to feel good about driving in your maintained vehicle. I won’t be going anywhere else.

I had a vibration in my tire and needed an oil change. I had went previousley to another Big O tires in Sacramento and they were very rude. I called the Elk Grove location and I was greeted by Shirley who was so pleasant to talk to and made an appointment for me to come in. Once I went in I spoke with Deyrick and he took care of everything for me and no vibration all covered with my tire warranty. This was honestly the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I would highly recommend them - Give them a call and see. :)

My car had a flat tire and checked for the closest tire shop. They were able to fit me in immediately and even though they were incredibly busy they took care of me on the spot and was on my way in no time. When my car is due for new tires I will be definitely be coming back.

Okay I havent actually had them work on my vehicle. But I had purchased a service through Groupon which expired the day that I actually went there. The manager in charge Deyrick, was actually very helpful. I am going to have some work done there and when I do Ill let you know how it comes out. But for customer service so far so good thats why I give them four stars.

The team installed a 6” inch lift on my Duramax, helped me pick out wheels, tires and fixed my cooling system. Couldn’t be happier with how efficiently they were able to get that done and their communication through out the process.

I had called 3 other places for this service, and they asked me to drop the vehicle off or come in the next day. Within an hour, the alignment was completed and I was out the door. Very friendly service, Shirley was extremely helpful and Im satisfied for the services offered. 10/10!

I will not be back! I got my new tires here (with insurance/free rotations, balance, alignment) and had a decent experience. A few months after, I noticed some suspension components needed replacement. I initially wanted to take it to Toyota, because I like genuine oem parts, not aftermarket parts. I figured since I would need an alignment after the parts were installed AND due to these unprecedented times I wanted to help a business out, and BIG O has done me well in other locations. Well, I asked them about a million times...I want genuine OEM parts from Toyota. They re-assured me that they would order genuine OEM parts. It took a full day to do the Idler arm, pitman arm, inner/outer tie rods, and alignment. When I picked up the truck, I asked again, are these parts from Toyota? I was told yes. I inspected everything the next day and was shocked to find Moog parts/Sankei 555 parts (which were just cores, which Moog rebuilt core from). This is just the first thing I noticed. As im inspecting the tie rods, I noticed the damn Steering stabilizer wasnt re-connected, it was just dangling there. I taped up the stabilizer as best I could, drove it around the corner to Big O, and a mechanic came out to check out the stabilizer. He said oops, we mush have forgotten that part before alignment. As he is fixing, I went back into the shop and Shirly was arguing that the parts they sold me were OEM Genuine Toyota parts. After waiting for her to chat with corporate, she finally said, we will order the parts from Toyota and call you when theyre here. Well, its been 4 days and NO response. They just wanted to push me out, as customers were piling in. I called Elk Grove Toyota after this event and after giving the part numbers and description to the parts staff, they laughed. I posted this on a Toyota Facebook group (with photos) and a gentleman told me a shop forgot to attach his stabilizer, which ended up getting caught up between frame and other steering components, resulting in an accident due to a jammed steering wheel. This is so wrong.....

Got the runaround at this Big O Tires store and was denied warranty replacement of a 3 month old Interstate battery that failed and had zero cranking power. After verifying with the GMC dealer that passenger side battery had no cranking power and was the cause of my diesel truck not starting in the morning, went to this Big O off of Calvine Rd. in Elk Grove. They did their own test of my batteries and claimed that both driver side and passenger side batteries were OK, stating that dealer just wanted to sell me a new battery. Went back to dealer to make sure their tests were accurate. They showed me the test results which were accurate and they helped me to surmise that Big O tested the batteries without disconnecting them from the truck which would show that the batteries are OK. Went to the Big O Tires near my home on Folsom Blvd. so I wouldnt have to deal with the low-lifes in Elk Grove. Big O on Folsom Blvd looked at the dealer test results and replaced my defective battery with no questions asked. I do not recommend the Big O Tires in Elk Grove! They practice shady business tactics!

Very friendly mechanics. I asked for air in my tires and was immediately helped even though I didnt have an appointment and they seemed pretty busy. The mechanic also helped me to better understand tire pressures and explained to me how I can find the right amount my tires need. Im no car expert I know bare minimum haha so I appreciated the help and knowledge that waa passed alone.

Excellent service. I went in to replace some or all of my tires depending on their recommendation, and I was given a fair deal with absolute honesty from Deyrick, Adam and Shirley. They did not try to upsell me and push me into replacing all tires; they were honest that two could have lasted a few more months but it would be wise to replace them all for a variety of reasons they listed, which I agreed with. I would highly recommend this location and these employees!

Very nice costumer service. I went there to get my four tires changed and got a great package for a great deal. Plus they honored my groupons. They also responded to questions I had and showed me the issues my previous tires had. You just gotta ask and they are there to help you. The only thing though is that I had to wait for more than 2 hours, but considering that I didn’t make an appointment, I think it was somewhat fair.

I came by this place that had a great deal buy 2, and 2 free plus a bundle deal of great benefits! When I was unable, through numerous attempts to resolve the issue even attempting to resolve it through their corporate office, I called Big O, Elk Grove and was immediately connected to the manager, Deyrick.He apologized for the treatment I’d received at the other retailer and didn’t hesitate in providing me with exactly what I needed, convenient to my circumstances, schedule and wallet! Not an easy task when it’s the 36 ft 5th wheel that we live in needing the tires. Had a similar experience to some other on here.Went to get my tires balanced. Was quoted a 45 min wait. Spent over 2 1/2 hours. Actually got yelled at from a neighboring business because my truck was parked in their businesses parking spot for too long because the big o lot was full. After about 2 hours I asked what was going on they apologized pulled my truck in and was done in 15 minutes.

There is only one word I can use to sum up my visit at Big O in Elk Grove.....WOW!!!❤️ Lets start with Deyrick the Assistant Manager ... I spoke to him on the phone about coming in for service. I needed an oil change and new shoes for my baby Vesta my 2015 Ford Fiesta. His customer service skills were the first winning point for Big O Elk Grove! You would have to talk to the guy to understand! He really is a people person.On the day of service I was greeted with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Derek and I had spoken about one of their competitors selling the same tire for Less then Big O. Well they keep their word when they say that they will match any competitor and they did! I felt no pressure and no hassle staff. I cant say that about other car repair businesses that I have frequent it in the past. You know ladies how they sometimes talk to us like were stupid and try to sell us nonsense!Well, I could not believe it when they called my name to pick up my car and it had only been ... get this.. 35 minutes!! That was jaw-dropping! I have never ever in my many years of driving and owning a car been to a shop and was in and out so quick!.... Remember I went in for an oil change and four new tires. WOW!! (Now I must confess I did not get a front-end alignment which would have taken a bit longer but nevertheless that was amazing to me!)To sum it up.. Big O Elk Grove is now my GO TO repair shop to keep my little Vesta tootling down the road happy and in top-notch condition!BTW... I love my Hankook Tires! Absolutely awful experience! I had my wife call to get a quote for an alignment on my truck. The first time she called she got a quote for $30. She spoke to a gentleman at the time. So i asked my wife to make an appointment which she did . After she made the appointment another gentlemen quoted her $15. She took my truck there that same afternoon. Once she arrived a woman working behind the counter was trying to charge my wife $60. My wife explained she got quote for $15, the lady then talked my wife into $30. My wife agreed. After an hour my received a call and was told that the alignment can not be done because according to the lady my tires were in bad condition. I then spoke to the woman myself and she said my rear tires are completely worn out and my 2 front tires are bald with in the inside. I told her my tirez are practically new. There is no way my tires are worn out. Not to mention i changed my front breaks a few days ago and i would of noticed any severe wear and tear on my tires. She cut me off and told me it was hard to see sometimes. I got irritated. I told her never mind. I had my wife pick truck up. My wife called me and she said she found the truck in the exact same spot she parked previously. She was questioning the fact if they even look at the truck to begin with. So i took my truck today to les schwab in Galt. Mechanic stated my tires are in good shape and the alignment was $15. Same quote they gave my wife over the phone. Big o tires Elk Grove gave my 3 different quotes for an alignment and they tried to scam me into buying when i didnt need it. And last i wonder if they even looked at my truck to begin. In my opinion the service was horrible and they down right lied to me. I will write to there corporate and let them know of my experience. I do not recommend anyone go there. You can go some where else for a better price not to mention someone that can be honest with you and not try to scam. Im extremely dissatisfied with there service.

Derrick and Marin are very nice and professional.When ever I could I feel as though Im walking into the home of an old friend. I started using this shop 3 years ago after moving to the city and being in need of a mechanic. The best part of all is being greeted by name when I come in to the shop. Had such a great experience here!! We checked out a couple places and no one came close to what we paid here:4 tires, alignment, and brakes (under $800 on an SUV). They were done in just a few hours and the employees were so nice.Another place I looked at usually gets my business but this time the people working made me feel like I was inconveniencing them to take my money! Once my questions were answered they werent even close to the offer at Big O.Im pleased we went and everyone I talk to is surprised at the deal too! Ill return.

Shirley was very kind, and honored my appointment even though I ran 20 minutes late. I have been going here for years, and have always appreciated the work quality on my vehicles. They even go the extra step, and try to make their services affordable by pointing out discounts.

I had some front end issues on my car after having my brakes and axle repaired at a different repair shop. They fixed what was wrong with the car, and made an effort to keep me informed about what was going on along the way. The car is riding smooth again. Ill go back.

I trust these people. Kind of rare in the Elk Grove area. Professional and well managed shop. Time it for mid-week. They can get very busy during peak days and hours. Reliable service.Reasonable oil change rates. Never had a problem of any kind since 2006.

I want to acknowledge the highly competent, new in her position, Shirley. I was impressed with her ability to handle her tasks cheerfully, addressed my specific concerns and made sure they were met accordingly. Called on the phone to order tires to v or w rating instead the sold me h rated and then want to charge me a again for for the correct rating when their employee decides to get me h rated I had my shop install them today and one of them was bad. Now it seems that Im stuck with them and I have on that is bad. Called to and received no help. I even purchased a warranty too for 4 or of the 5 but still not even 24 hour and this it what I get and received. The employee had no right to make a decision to change my speed rating and charge me for the lower one without telling me and now wants to charge me more to get the right rating that I need.

Big O Tires on Orchard Loop Lane is my go to place. Manager is very cool and easy going. Took my Daughters Malibu for an alignment. The process was very quick, dropped it off, was called it was ready within the hour! That is great service. The staff is very friendly.

Went into get my oil change a week ago. During my wait, Shirley also provides me a quote for new tires...which were very reasonable. I had to return a few days later to check on a issue with oil leaking from my car. Shirley not only fixed the issue but all gave a better quote on the previous tires she recommended. To top it off I had to be at 12:30pm and my car was done 35mins before I had to be at work (got there around 11:25am). Great job to Deyrick whom gave me the quote. I’ve been here a few times but yesterday I came in and they had me wait for 3.5 hours to put new tires on and then when my car is ready they go to tell me they only had 3 of the tires not 4 and said I had to come back the next morning so I come and they still have yet to take my car back to put the tire I had already purchased on. And they should have talked to me before right when they found they didn’t have all the tires needed for me car. But they just had me wait for my car to be done and which it doesn’t get done till who know when today and I have to get to work still. They can really use better customer service and properly account for their inventory.

Went there 3 times, the first time i forgot the wheel lock but everything else passed. Came the next day, i brought it in waited 1 hour and a half for them to tell me i needed new rotors and breakpads. MY dad measured my rotors at home and they def were not worn just pads. But funny thing they tried to sell me pads which it needed but also rotors which def werent needed. I come back the 3rd time, This time my rotors passed but now i need new tires really irritated with this back an forth.

Outstanding service...

My truck had a flat tire from a road hazard. The tires were old so I decided to get all four replaced. Two days later Im driving to work and I get a flat. I jack the truck up, and go for my spare tire. There is no spare. Theres a flat tire. The geniuses at Big O replaced four good tires and didnt replace the only flat tire, the only reason I went to Big O Tires. Its not open so I have to get towed. Then I have to take Uber to and from work. I get towed back to Big O and they dont have a tire for me. The best they can do is order a new one and give me back the spare they took. Its been days and my flat tire was never replaced.Never go here. These are the most incompetent people on earth.

I brought in my Mazda pick up yesterday and the guys were excellent but due to truck requiring a little more done before they could do the alignment. I requested them if they could apply some grease on the upper arm and lower ball bearings while aligning it (only 2 nipples a side) - to which the service guy said yes and made a note on the job sheet. So I went back this morning to get the alignment done and it went okay, I told Priscilla (service lady) about the service guy yesterday saying that the grease would be no problem - to which she said that I would have to ask the service guy when he came in.I told one of the service guys when he came in and he said it was in the notes and would be done. I waited for a couple of hours until my truck was done and parked out in the parking lot. I waited for 10 minutes and no one completed my paperwork even though I saw my job fold hanging on the wall. I reluctantly had to and tell Priscilla and then she finished off. I asked if they had put in the grease and offered to pay too but she was not sure if they had put it in on asked the guys. She simply said that they didnt do grease with alignment.Why did the service guy yesterday say they would???I did not argue and simply left and yes they did not apply the grease.For the sake of greasing 4 nipples (which I also offered to pay for) that were very accessible during the alignment process, they would lose out on my future business with them. This was my first time there and would be the last one too. I had 2 more vehicles to align.

By the far one of the best service departments I’ve been to. Dyerick is a personable, honest person who you can trust with your car needs. Always gives me the best deals!. Marin, the other service writer was an absolute gentleman! Went outside with me to explain my tires in detail. All my questions, he gave me a thourough explanation. Not to mention, Gustavo. Wow! I was very impressed by his values. Super knowledgeable, and very kind. Always will recommend Will be back again!

I needed a tire changed on a rim. The CS Rep, stayed it would be about 30 minutes and we will call you when done. So I took my 3 year old granddaughter to McDonald’s across the street. We were there for about 90 minutes, since I didn’t get I call and it was getting late I walked back to shop. I was standing next to my car and I heard the metal doors closing and I went to where one of the workers were and I asked about my tire. Apparently no one knew anything and they stated we are closing. I told them I need my tire before I can leave. The guy asked a few other workers and they didn’t know about my tire either. One guy went to the back and said is this your tire and I said yes. He was like this has been done and sitting here for almost 2 hours. I was really upset that no one called me. This is poor customer service and will not be coming back here again.
