I was very happy that I went to Enterprise Car Sales. Nothing to complain because I got the best service, best car at a very reasonable price, very quick process. Pedro, the sales agent was very professional, very knowledgeable in the performance of his work, and no hassle on the price. They have a good price set no need for negotiation, very honest people, professional staff and office atmostphere is great. I got the approval on the loan very quick and got out with the car in an hour. I will refer Enterprise Car Sales to my clients, my friends, and relatives. You guys are great people, very professional and I am happy with your service.

$190 dollar was taken from my account without any notification no call no email nothing. This place only cares about making money not customer service. They called me multiple times regarding them selling me a car but not for the $190 charge. When I call to figure out what is going on they tell me to take the car to local enterprise and then they can put the money back on my card. They lied! I still have to wait for the charge to be refunded. Figure out a different process. This is flat wrong! Now I am stranded in so cal because of this. Never buy or rent a car from this location. Horrible!

The most important thing when buying a car is peace of mind, trusting that you are getting a good deal and are working with professional people that will get you the best financing.This place does all that and more. Had a good feeling about this car and told my husband he needed to at least talk to them, he has a good job but not good credit and most car dealerships try to swindle you, this place was straight forward and worked to get our business and make sure he got the best deal. They have amazing non-pushy customer service, which is very difficult to provide during this pandemic. I never felt overwhelmed - even when I changed my mind, they were very helpful in providing me all the information I needed to feel peaceful about my decision. I went to this place last weekend looking to buy a new car. but I didnt find anything that caught my eye so I left looking at other options. But before I left they got my name in my phone number. Id received a call a day later and I notified them that I had ended up buying a car somewhere else and they told me they would not call me again. I received another call the next day asking if I found a car and I had let them know that Id already gotten a call the day before and said that I had purchased a car. About 20 to 30 minutes later I started receiving scam calls from all different phone numbers every 45 minutes to an hour and its been happening for the past week. Its extremely frustrating to trust someone with your phone number. And your phone number gets sold to scammers. I will never suggest anyone go here never give out any personal information to them I will never recommend enterprise car.

The female agent which name I dont remember was really great.

The buying process was easy but the deposit I gave them for some reason was denied for insufficient funds, So I called the Bank and requested for them to put it back through, The bank said I would have to get the car company to put it back through, So I called your company and was told you wouldn’t put it back through, my husband drove up there went to the bank and got a cashiers check. Then I looked in my account yesterday and that check that they would not put back through they put through which left my account over drawn.

Okay service, the return felt rushed and lets collect the money type of deal. We recently had our car in the shop for repairs and although the rental was covered under our cars warranty, there are several insurance premiums needed to drive the car away. Ive rented through their fleet center and feel as if that center had a better approach.

Elk Grove Enterprise Car Sales-Fast, friendly and easy. No pressure at all. It is the first slightly used vehicle I have purchased. There was a minor issue with a loose heat shield that was repaired under Ford warranty. Enterprise provided a loaner vehicle for the duration of the repairs. I have already recommended this program to a family member. A great experience.

This is the second car I have purchased since 2005. I was absolutely treated with respect and fairly. I wanted to purchase a Toyota Avalon because it was the last car I had purchased through Enterprise and I loved it. There were none on the lot, but the car salesman asked me what I liked about the Avalon and showed me an alternative to it that met my requirements. I wanted 3 bottom line things:, comfort with great leg room for the back seating; easy getting in and out of the car; and less road noise and the solid heavier feel while driving.I was shown two American cars and chose the 2019 4D Chevrolet Impala. The application process was made easy and shortly after signing the documents I was on my way. I am a spontaneous person but not impulsive, and there was pressure to buy. I believe this experience will once again bring me back to purchase another car in the future. I have told all my friends, some of who have never heard of Enterprise Car Sales; all of them are very surprised that I got such a good deal. Sure I might have been able to sell my Avalon at a better price to a private individual, but this experience eliminated the guess work, time and expense, headache and anxiety away and left me feeling confident I made the right choice.If I were looking for another job, I would definitely consider working for Enterprise. It seems that the no pressure strategy makes for the nice sales force I met on the day I purchased my car. Thanks Enterprise!

My Father recently purchased a vehicle with enterprise and told me to try filling out an application to see what may happen because I’ve been looking to finance a car but kept getting denied, let me tell you the next day Bill contacted me, I chose a 2019 Chevy Malibu low mileage very nice! I was very skeptical because of my credit,but Ryan and Bill reassured me that they would be able to work with me and find me a loan it took almost two days to get an approval but they stayed on the creditors and got my approval! I’m so very grateful for these two helping me!!

This is the worst place to buy a car from. I had a deal fall through and its taken them two months to do a buy back from the finance company. Meanwhile I have the finance company calling me wanting payment for a vehicle I dont have. Now I have to get a attorney involved.

The prices are excellent and there are few additional fees like tax and DMV stuff. etc.My Sales person was a very nice young man named Buck.Buck has old fashion no hassle, no pushing salesmanship.I highly suggest if you go to the Elk Grove location, you ask for him.He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car purchase!!He even drove to Stockton that night to pick my new car up and deliver it to me. Very friendly Not judge mental on your Appearance

The sales person sold my girlfriend an electric car without explaining the limitations of an electric vehicle. On the way back to return the car she almost ran out of fuel 3 times on the way back due to the limitations of the battery. When I spoke to the manager, I tried to speak to him like a human being because I too am in sales and understand scenarios. He proceeded to argue with me. It was a disappointing experience. I am a reasonable guy, but I know they sold that car because it had bonus spiffs on it, and they took advantage of someone who didnt know better.

First issues was that when I totaled my car and my insurance got me a rental and the rental portion of enterprise put in some kind of notes that I was renting a car due to a total loss. I got the rental car and not even an hour later, I have salesmen calling me trying to get me to come buy a car from Enterprise Sales. They left me 3 voicemails in less than a week. However, I decided after about 2 weeks (when I had more time too recover from my accident) to go look around thier lot...Second Issue was that they strung me along for almost 2 weeks with a car that I wanted but kept pushing back the date it would be available. First time the salesman told me that if I find a car I wanted online then they could have it in 48 hours or less. Then they said it would take an extra few days. Then they said another week. I finally went and brought a brand new Kia for a lower rate than they were offering me for a used car. Wish I had just went to the Kia Dealer sooner so I wouldnt have been in a rental for so long.Lastly, when I returned the rental car I told one of the employees that I was upset that the sales department strung me along for so long. Then she took my phone number and said someone would be in contact with me, but I never received any call since I returned the car over 2 months ago.At least I am very happy with my new car from Kia!

Not enough staffing. Everytime I called the gentleman who answered was not helpful. He kept changing his story of available vehicles I had already reserved. Though the first part of my experience was rough Sonya was a real big help to me.

I had a great experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Elk Grove. I was debating between purchasing two cars. I test drove one car at the Elk Grove location, but they did not have the model of the second car I was considering. However, the Rancho Cordova location had the second car. Along with one of the sales team members, they allowed me to test drive a third car to the Rancho Cordova location in order to test drive the second car I was originally considering. I really liked the second car and ended up driving it back to the Elk Grove location and purchased it. The whole experience was great and quite enjoyable. Each of the staff members I worked with at the Elk Grove location were amazing and would make me want to come back the next time I need to purchase a car.
