I always have great experience visiting staples and this staples has friendly and helpful staff. I went to get papers printing out and bought a pack of face mask. I was greeted by the staff when I entered the store and one associated approached to help when I was looking at electronics. I got the right printer I needed with their help. thank you.

Needed to make copies, asked two employees for help and neither could assist me.

Staff was friendly but I asked for two printers that were on the shelf and neither was in stock and another printer they didnt have black ink for. Waste of an hour

This used to be my go-to store for all office related products but not anymore. Purchased a shredder on April 29 online and did curbside pickup. At no time nor on the packing slip was I told there is only a 14 day return. 16 days later the shredder stopped working and Staples says too bad and will not accept the return or exchange. Now I am out over $100.00. This is worst customer policy I have seen.

We were greeted upon entering the store, asked if we needed help locating anything and directed where to get the item. Staff was friendly and helpful, not a common occurrence at a Staples store. We would definitely shop at this location again.

Heather was very sweet, other staff not so much. Printing machines wouldnt print from Google drive nor the dropbox app in which staples claims it accepts. The reason they got stars was because of heather, if not for her I would give zero stars.

Staples is my one stop shop for work and for my writing. Their copy shop is phenomenal and every person that has helped me at this location has gone out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. These guys rock!

I came to the print shop to make some flyers for my photography. It’s a super boring atmosphere, I almost fell asleep in there. The cashier at the print station had a sassy attitude, I liked it. She helped me out and got the job done. Bravo. Ghetto fab cashier made it caliente!

By far the best Staples ive ever been to! And i used to work for them so thats saying a lot. Copy and printer was top notch i was in and out in no time, the staff were all friendly and the store was immaculately clean!

Worst customer service EVER. I have a $400 printer, rolled it in to be repaired only to be told they dont do that and I should just buy another one. Printer was purchased there, was not even 2 years old. I will NEVER buy from this place again and Ive been a customer since 1999. I said so this is just a paperweight? Rep said,, ya sorry. Rude and dismissive.

Staff could be more friendly, One of the few places still around to buy office supplies locally.

The store was out of filing supplies, and the person called from the back to help me did so reluctantly and slowly because he was still drinking from his coffee cup. He was also not familiar with the store inventory. The That was Easy Button definitely did not work at this store today!

Used to patronize. Nice folks. But bad stupid incompetent rights infringers. Dont let looks fool you, just like that Indian who that tribe had no name for what it is, in Dustin Hoffmans Little Big Man, its good at what it does. Piss off honorable honest folk while allowing shot to happen just like Inspector Cleauso picking up bank robbers dropped bag in that movie scene.... Evil gets promoted in amerika and good gets the shaft.... Rome also fell.....lol

The computer was so slow..i had to pay almost $8 for just finding two pics online and print them out. Color prints cost $1 each which is high priced. I then made color copies that looked horrible and again cost $1 each. There was a nice lady that worked there that tried to help as much as possible. I felt sorry for her though because her co-worker was slamming boxes, throwing a fit, and acted out like u wouldnt believe. I felt sorry for anyone that had to be in his presence. They need to getter high speed internet if they want to charge so much. Not impressed.

Do not stock simple items like 3x5 pads and ballpoint refills. Ordered on the web - could not pick up at this hopeless store. Staples in Sacto on Freeport blvd was better. All in all, I vote for jeff Bezos. Go Amazon !

When I go to this store, I am usually greeted after entering, and they offer to help me. I usually have no trouble finding finding someone to help me in this store.

They have very accomodating staffs. I just been there awhile ago. There services was satisfactory.

Very unprofessional! I ordered my business cards on November 1st and I was supposed to get it back within a week. Today is December 6th and still they havent processed it and they have no clue to when it will be ready. Definitely my last time doing business with them!

Very poor customer service! These new employees don’t even like to work. I asked them for help and they were just talking with each other.

I called and asked how much it would cost to copy 3 DVDs and i was told it would be under $3.00. I said, are you sure? I see there is 4.31gb of data on this 1 DVD. She responded, Yes, it may be as much as $3.39 but that is the total amount. I said, Ok, i will bring them in tomorrow.When i arrived of course it was a different girl working and she said the quote was wrong but she would still work something out and quoted on paper $5.00. I was told to come back or call in 1 hour. Since it was only an hour i went ahead and did some other shopping. I stopped back in to the office services area after about 45 minutes and she had not even started the work yet so since i was standing there she put the DVD in and started the job then she stated, Oh my, there is over 4gb on this DVD. I said yes, i told both you and the girl last night the amount of data on these DVDS. She then said i would have to come back in an hour so i left.I came back to the store in an hour or more and found out they had done nothing. I asked how much longer and now i was told they would have to send the job out and it would be more. I asked, How could this be? How could we go from a simple 1 hour turn around for $3.00 to now we have ship it out and for how much?She called the so-called manager over whose managing ability consisted of yelling at me in front of other customers. Yes, even the other customers were surprised and shocked by her behavior but that is how ignorant, irrational people behave when they make a big mistake and want to turn it around to your fault.I just called to get a quote for reveiving a facsimile and was told she did not believe there was a chatge to reveive only send. I asked her to double chevk because i wanted no surprises. She checked and responded, Yes, there is a charge to receives a facsimile it is, $1.79 a page. SURPRISE! Another error and probably more waiting for me when i get there.I think i will just take my business down the road. I would even rather pay more than be yelled at by some 28 year old KID on an unnecessary, unwarranted, unearned ego trip. I have owned my own business longer than she has been on the planet but it does not matter, there is no excuse to yell at customers especially so when it is you who made the error. I have hired and fired better managers in my 28 years. Failure for that store, with that type of an attitude in eminent.
