They had a great sale on Crystal Geyser water. I was able to order (4) 24 bottles per case for only $10. Didnt have to go into the store, they brought it out to my car.

Juan that works there has excellent customer service. He was by himself, I needed help in the furniture section, no one else was on for 15 minutes, so I waited patiently and he came right over asap and helped me with every detail with a smile.

I always have enjoyed going shopping there. Some of the furniture is way better built then the furniture stores. Never have had bad experiences with them and staff is very helpful.

Picked up new throw rugs for in front of my washer and dryer and a mat for the backdoor their prices are great !!! The cashier was very friendly !!!🤗

I think Big lots has improved their stock 100%. Theyre carrying broyhill furniture and they do deliver they will also pick up any furniture that you are replacing. That is a little pricey but for those that have no other recourse it could work out nicely. The store was clean I did not do a complete walkthrough I really kind of got lost in the furniture but, I would definitely buy from Big lots.

Sometimes great deals. Check expiration dates. But finally can get out and browse through each isle lol. Enjoy the day! You never know what tomorrow brings.

Not a bad place to shop. They usually have the basic and decent prices. Some customer service in the check out needs improvement. The checkers are sort of bland and definitely lack enthusiasm; however they haven’t been total jerks so I appreciate that part.

Ive always had a positive experience at this Big Lots but today was so much better..Irma went out of her way to help me find an Email in my phone that saved me almost 30 bucks. Im broke so that most definitely is extra highly appreciated.

Its Big Lots, you know? Its always clean and everyone is friendly and professional, but you cant count on them having specific items because its an overstock store. Its not their fault, its just that type of retailer. I do, however, find seasonal decorative things here for my home every time I visit: throw pillows, kitchen towels, holiday lights, etc.

Didnt have any Christmas decorations that I liked. Last year (2019) had way more. Will try again next year. For the most part dont shop here but they have some pretty good deals

My daughter and I went shopping for some last minute Christmas gifts. There were so many things available to choose from and it wasnt very crowded, so we able to get in and out fast.

Big Lots has always been one of my FAVORITE discount stores -- easily always scoring 5 stars... which is why it saddens me to demote them on this shopping trip to 2 or 3 stars 💩☠👿...This low rating is mainly due to the very poor customer service we experienced upon learning that all the swimming pools (that my daughter had scrimped & saved for) were ALL completely sold out throughout all the Big Lots stores within driving distance...😟😱🤯

For a discount store, its great! Fun selection of just about everything!! I went in specifically for their Christmas decor sale.

Today was fairly quiet so I was in and out quickly. When busy, the lines are long and can be slow. Prices are good and they stock many interesting food items. Ive also bought furniture there which is well priced and has been fine for me as a single person.

Theres a lag in restocking essential items in the bed and bath dept.

I Looooove the prices!!! And I would much rather be here at Big Lots than any ghetto Walmart😛😝😜

Havent been here for quite a while. I was really impressed. Remodeled and everything was really beautiful. Had lots of beautiful furniture. Everything was upscale. Name brands in bedding department. Good job Big Lots!

I really like shopping at big lots for groceries, Cleaning products and assorted, But recently the aisles in the groceries section are getting smaller and smaller and less and less of a selection. I did Enjoy going in there, Please give us More of an assortment of groceries thanks

I like the way they have redesign the layout of the store.

I found the Elk Grove store to be very clean and organized. The isles were clear and free of clutter. An employee named Juan came over and asked us if we were finding everything we needed and he was very pleasant. Loved it and I will return!

Prices have really gone up. Things have been rearranged, areas are more cramped.cashiers are more cramped.

My wife and I have been going to this place since it opened up. It is an interesting store with a diverse kind of merchandise. We like the fact that every time you go over there there is always something new. I like to buy things for my garden

This is probably the nicest and largest Big Lots store Ive been to (of many), between here and the bay area. There is a larger than average indoor and outdoor furniture selection, to go along with the other standard products and goods found at all locations. This location is worth bypassing others nearby, to go to.

Would really like to see electric carts at this store. I havent been here for a while. Theyve completely rearranged everything, which is fine, except I really have mobility issues, and it was a real struggle for me to push a regular cart all over the store. I mainly went in to check bed frames, but it was very challenging to try to get the cart through the furniture department. The employee who assisted me seemed helpful, but I was exhausted and in considerable pain by the time I left the store. I didnt even get to check out most of the store like I wanted to. Guess I have to accept the sad fact that I can no longer leisurely shop down the aisles at some of my favorite stores.

Always find great deals here

The Big Lots near me has been renovated. It is light, bright and clean. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Some prices are less than other stores. You do need to no what things cost so you know if you are getting a bargin.

Most of there Christmas is gone. What ever is left is at discount.

I enjoy shopping here! There are always surprises with nice finds. They recently remodeled and it is pretty impressive! I was really surprised at how clean and organized it was. It looks like theyve got a substantial amount of new merchandise in. As I wandered around I got more and more excited. Youll likely end up with much more in your basket than what you came looking for. Because it is a discount store, you wont always be able to find repeat items, but that is to be expected. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

I found a variety of products to choose from. Prices were affordable. At check stand, staff was friendly and helpful.

The rearrangement of the store is wonderful. Its more open, looks cleaner and easier to find items. While the staff is still pleasant, they still understaff the store and you have to wait a while to checkout. My advice is dont go if youre in a hurry. Other than that, its a nice place for some good deals!

Good service, I dont always find what I need but I do see nice items and great price. I always come out with something. The staff is always helpful though thats what I like the best, Im not ignored. The staff will walk you to the item your loosing for.

Holy moly! Went in for the first time in years. Theyve totally remodeled this location and it looks FANTASTIC! Only 4 stars though because the lines were long and moving at a snails pace. We left without buying anything we had in our cart because it took to long standing in line for check out. But if youve got time to wait, go here. Its been redesigned very well.

I ask the lady if she can price check something for me. She replied back with a attitude say sticks on it. I said even it was on the clearness area. She said yes. This lady is not happy she has a job. Need to find a different job.

They could have told us if the other stores has stock so we could save us some time...some deals are dreadful while others are suspiciously low. $5 coupons can be earned every 3 purchases, sign up for emails to get special offers and exclusive early access to sales. Newly remodeled, but still not very pleasant.

Its very spacious on the inside, and theres a lot of new items.
