Please teach your employees your policies better. I went to get some bolts and nuts for my car and they didnt have the exact size I needed so I got slightly longer bolts and the associate told me I could return them as long as they werent damaged. The bolts I got were just a little too long so I returned to purchase shorter ones and a different associate told me they couldnt take returns at all. The moneys not the biggest deal here, its that I was told one thing then the complete opposite.

For a place that specializes in hardware, they never have what you need. Everything has to be ordered and the people working there are slow/uneducated.
