Highly recommend Riverview! Their customer service is the best I have experienced in any type of business. We bought a new pontoon with Chad. He was very easy to contact, quick to respond and made sure every detail was taken care of. Felt as though Riverview and Chad bent over backwards at times to help us out. I cant express enough how well the customer service was with Chad and Riverview. Take the time to give them a call or stop by and see for yourself their level of customer service and expertise.
We stopped in on a whim to look at pontoons. We didnt know a whole lot but when we left we were confident in our decision to purchase a pontoon from this dealership. Dean was so wonderful to work with. He kept us up to date on the progress of the order and when we could expect delivery. Dean is honest, straight forward and doesnt try to pull anything over on you. We appreciated that given the length of time we ended up waiting for our pontoon - just two months. The pontoon was delivered on a Friday night at 10 p.m. Yes, late, but the dealership (Dean) wanted to make sure we were able to enjoy our weekend with our new purchase. The service department here is the best service I have ever received on a boat. Dean worked with me throughout the day trying to troubleshoot what was wrong with my Tige. While everybody else seemed stumped he continued to work to find a solution. I would absolutely bring any boat I ever own to this shop.
Needed my outboard worked on. Called and talked to Dean and said to bring in and they would look at it. Found out I needed a new water impeller, which they put in that same day! Really great service. I will be back if and when I need future work.
Absolutely awesome, ignition switch was bad. He told me he would see if they could squeeze me in. Dropped it off at 3pm and he called me at 5pm to tell me it was done. Highly recommend!!!

We purchased a Forester pontoon through Riverview Sports and the craft did not meet our expectations. Tried working with Forester directly, but unfortunately they were not helpful. First asked for a motor repair. I was told it would be about 4 weeks. After four weeks I called to see if repair was completed. I was then told that we didnt thank ibwanted the repair done? I said what? Oh it was stated due to the cost. We stated please repair my motor. I was then called and told the part for my motor would have to be found. I was angry at this point but wanted my boat fixed it had now been 9 weeks and the summer was over. Here is what put me over the edge where I should get my money back. I drove down picked up my boat and payed a higher bill than stated. I took my boat 2 hours away and dropped in the lake to fish and try the motor. Only to find they had taken my battery out? Yes really I had no ability to even test the boat. I called right away and told them. Oh i was told we will sale you one at s discount. Then I had to save to get batteries. So how do I even know the repair was mad? Without a battery and no time from work to get the boat out. Im just still mad, not even one trip out to see if the repair was made?

I live in Las Vegas and my local Premier dealer or the one in Lake Havasu City would not give me a quote for a boat, I then branched out to locate my dream boat the Castaway 220. Riverview Sports was up front from the website only showing actual inventory and stating if a sale was pending, but when I called on a particular vessel they still had it. You wouldnt believe the calls I made throughout the country that that was NOT the case. I dealt with Les and he was upfront and VERY knowledgeable from the get go. No games were played they did everything they said they would do. Les found a firm to transport it Las Vegas and when it arrived after 1600 miles the wrap job they did looked as he just pulled out of the lot a block away. It nice to know that there still are companies out there that still actually care!

The salesperson was professional and courteous, when ever I came in he dropped what he was doing and gave me his attention. After the first time in there he always addressed me by my name, which I was impressed by this that he remembered my name. His service tech was about as knowledgeable as any that I have ever meant, maybe ever more so.And the work that he did after I bought the boat was excellent. The parts man was very helpful also, he helped me with extra things I wanted on the boat. He ordered one thing for me and he didnt like the quality and called me and we ordered something else that worked much better.If I rated this company I would gave them 5 out of 5. I purchased a new 2019 DR-Z400S motorcycle from Riverview Sports & Marine in February. I had searched the metro online for this bike and found a great deal @ Riverview on the exact bike I was looking for. Chad in sales was great with the purchasing side and was also accommodating in getting the tags sent out quickly when nice weather was approaching. Service manager Bruce was also great with his help showing me the particulars of the bike and advising me on care and maintenance, and his decades of experience working on motorcycles gave me confidence in my decision to buy from them. Though they primarily sell boats now, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a motorcycle or ATV from them again in the future.

Unfortunately located right next to a road sign for 169 north, directs your eyes away from this great place to buy a boat.I cant think of a business, bar none, that this level of customer service and support.Knowledgeable staff and if they dont know the answer, they know who to contact to get the correct information quickly. Excellent experience purchasing a new outboard and having repair work done. Walked me through used vs new options and helped get best deal on a motor using manufacturer promotions. Had great suggestions for repairs on a vintage boat. Just the type of experience you hope to get from a small business who takes good care of their customers.
I hate giving negative reviews but we were not impressed with the sales or service so much so I had to leave a review. I love to shop local but.... I don’t know if they are simply short staffed or need to update their processes but it was rough. We do love our boat though!

I found a used pontoon on craigslist that I was interested in at Riverview Sports. I worked with Joe and we came to a deal that I was happy with. Joe was great to work with. I wouldnt have given them any stars but I had to to leave a review. We stopped in on 7-14-2020 at noon to get a part for our 4 wheeler, never been there before so was not aware that they didnt sell Polaris or Polaris parts... My husband asked if they had a part and the man said Do you see any Polaris in here? We dont sell Polaris and we dont sell Polaris parts so go to a Polaris dealer. Extremely rude!!!!! Id never recommend them to anyone!FYI Riverview Sports & Marine, your business will never make it with employees or owners like that!

Brought my boat here with outboard motor not running as it should. They did a carburetor job, which I had already done myself and said it was just the way the motor was. I lake tested and it had not changed a thing. Brought it back and they sold me some fine to mount on the lower unit to help with hole shot. Very slight improvement. Brought it somewhere else and they did a link and sync and now it runs perfectly. Waste of money to let them service your outboard, they didnt fix the problem.

I purchased a 20 horse Suzuki outboard motor this summer from Riverview. Love this motor! No more carb and loving the wonders of having a motor that starts every time! It is so quiet and easy on the gas too! Joey Grussing is an amazing salesman and provided awesome customer service. I especially liked how he took time to answer all of my questions and reviewed all the information about my new motor. It was pouring rain during the walk through and he just kept going. I had a very good experience with this dealership. I had a totaled motor and replaced it with a new motor at this dealership. They offered a fair value for my trade in and also gave me the best discount I could find in the metro area for the season closing sale. They have very good customer service and are willing to work with you to get the best option that fits your needs.
Scam didn’t even take the cover off to look at the shifting mechanism sat there for 4 weekswhen was told 2-3 tops suddenly 2500+ to fix

I had a great experience with Bruce and team working through some tough issues on an old boat rebuild. Had to have a transom rebuilt which they had done through a third party and then had the oil injection gear replaced on a 95 mercury black max and they went through the whole motor and got it running great! Very pleased with the service.

I have been treated poorly by these guys the last time. I had over $1200 worth of service done to my boat. They had it nearly a month, and after I got it back, most of the issues I had were still there.To top it off, now my boat has a leak from a part that should have been inspected during the last repair. Now they will have to take everything apart again to replace this one little leaky part. And told me that I would be looking at a couple more weeks.When I asked about the cost of service here, the answer was who cares. Its only money, youll make more.---Well buddy, its not going to be your money. I give it to someone else.

Ship your car now entered into an agreement to ship a 2013 Premier Bounty Water Sky Deck Boat from Elk River, MN to Progresso, Mexico. The transport was handled by Nick the salesman employed at Riverview Sports. We settled on a price and began the shipment. During the process, Nick was very helpful and open to all the feedback we, Ship your car now, provided about the transport for the boat being purchased by his customer. When the boat was finally ready for pick up, we scheduled a pick up to bring the boat and trailer to the port.At this point, Nick became very antsy about the shipment, and called asking what was going on. We provided all information he required, and gave every assurance that the boat transport was being handled. Nick called the shipping line to gain more assurance, and this is where the entire transaction became confused. Nick called the shipping line and told them he wanted an update and said the boat was shipping from texas to mexico. We had already secured the best possible price for Nick at Riverview sports and this shipment was to depart from Florida. When Nick told the shipping line it was Texas, they rerouted the transport to Texas and billed ship your car now $1500 EXTRA dollars. This bill was a direct result of Nick bypassing the broker that he was dealing with and calling the shipping line directly and changing the transportation details.We are deeply disappointed that this happened and had to eat all the additional costs involved to ship this boat. We were able to mitigate the damage from $1500 to $1000, but this is still a $1000 loss caused solely by Nick at Riverview Sports. We caution anyone that deals with Nick to be careful as he will go around you at any cost and not take any responsibility for his actions.
These guys are always rude. Every time i have used them i have been let down. They do not make me feel welcome and they in fact make me feel guilty for even asking a question. I am done using them. I will never buy anything there again and I would definitely not recommend them.
Terrible service. I bought a brand new Hayabusa from these guys. Made all sorts of promises to get the bike delivered to me and failed. I brought the bike back a few weeks after they finally got the bike assembled, by appointment on Thursday, to put on some after market items. They knew what needed to be done the day I bought the bike and I wanted it done by Monday....When I called Monday they hadnt touched the bike. Unethical.
