I contacted Abra Auto Glass for a repair to my utv glass that had gotten a chip during a trail ride. Their prices for mobile service were extremely competitive from the competition and they were able to schedule service within 2 days. Holden was my technician and kept me informed of his arrival throughout the day. I was extremely happy with his work, professionalism and the information he was able to provide. I would certainly recommend and use them again.

I just got back from a road trip out near Yellowstone National Park with my Jeep. My windshield took a rock(s) and it ended up with a pretty decent size chip that had spidered out a bit. I was certain I would need a new windshield, simply because the size of chip and the damaged it caused to my windshield.I’m so excited and super amazed that Tony S was able to repair my windshield, that I didn’t need a full replacement. The repair job was second to none; a dime sized chip that spidered out to the size of a quarter is all but gone. Seriously, it looks like a full replacement was preformed!!Tony S, if you see this… It did not go unnoticed that my bug caked windshield and front windows were crystal clear, I know you took the extra time on a hot day to clean my glass!! When I called to get the initial estimate on the windshield replacement I was quoted $230, but they ended up putting in a more expensive piece of glass because thats what they had on hand and still honored the initial quote which was super cool. They were the cheapest and most reasonable I could find in the Hudson, WI area.Great service from Holden! He was able to meet me at home after I was done with work and do the replacement right in the driveway. He was running behind, but was still able to call ahead and check on my availability and let me know exactly when hed arrive (I was also a somewhat last minute addition to his day I believe and him being late actually worked way better for me). Super nice and professional. It was a pleasure to have my windshield replaced by him! He was able to explain everything he did to my vehicle in a way I could easily understand as someone whos not super into cars. Only had the new windshield in for a little bit, but so far it looks awesome!All around great experience at a reasonable cost! 10/10 would recommend.

My insurance company had a hard time finding availability with shops who could perform the complex calibration needed when replacing my windshield. Abra had availability to get me in within 2 days. The process was so easy to drop my vehicle off the night before, after hours. They called when it was ready the next day, and ahead of schedule. Called to have my rear window with power slider replaced due to the rear defroster shorting out and burning. The job was completed sooner than estimated and the quality of the work looks great. Holdon was very professional and helpful for my Transit Connect windshield install. I was able to schedule service the day after I called to inquire. On top of doing a thorough job installing, he went above and beyond by cleaning and vacuuming out the whole front section of my car. Fast, professional and went above and beyond!

I called 2 places abra was the last place I called but should have called first. There was hardly any wait time. Randy came to replace my windshield with professional care and some real human decency. On a road trip my rearview mirror had fallen off. We tried to put it back on (yes its not that hard) with some issues it wasnt a success. I called abra and was transfered to the duluth location as the ones near me at the time where bought out. So unfortunate for those people in that area. When talking with the duluth location they apologized sincerely and informed me randy will come back ASAP and he did. Randy had said that its all covered but he wanted to make sure he had a back up windshield in case mine cracked while replacing the mirror as I had been able to put the button back on. He wanted to make sure it was done professionally and correct. I had mentioned the work they did on my wifes car and said we may need another windshield on her work car. He looked at it and said when I come back Ill take care of it. Randy went above and beyond the expectations I had from most service. I wish they did oil changes as my 115$ oil change experience was sub par. Tony the manager called me as I asked to speak with him about the outstanding service that was provided by his team and Randy. I hope I wont need to see them soon (lol) but I wont hesitate to call them again as you should use there service as well.

Great shop! We have a special windshield that has sensors and can’t be replaced by just any shop. These guys had the know how and the tools to complete our not run of the mill windshield. Plus, they got the parts need quickly and the job was done faster than I had expected. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back.
