Has everything you need for hair dying. Its a bit pricey though.

The customer service was amazing, even through these difficult times. I was able to receive everything I asked for with top of the line customer service. The associate was so patient with me and all my questions over the phone.

Came to get a nail polish and was told it was in shipment in the back. Was told to come back and they could get it for me.Came back in a hour and they told me they wouldn’t go back and grab it for me. Costumer service was more than awful and completely rude and unprofessional both times speaking to them. I took Time to come back to the store after I was told I could get it if I came later. Me and my girlfriend girl friend will never be back.

This is where you want to go if you want orange hair for St. Patricks Day.I originally went in to lighten my winter hair to a summer blond and after 3 trips in the same day and purchasing several products based on the managers recommendations I am now sitting on my couch with orange straw hair.In case you were wondering....if they give you bad advice you still have to pay for the supposed repair products since they do not give out free product.Buyer beware...

Nice clean store. Staff that has been working the last 2 times I’ve gone there have been very unfriendly or at least appear unapproachable. Being a professional who specializes in hair color, I rarely come in here unless I’m buying brushes, etc. however I find it very disheartening that people are constantly given bad advice for color. I’ve worked at a Sally’s (not this location) and even had one of the other employees at that location who was a licensed cosmetologist give bad color advice. If you don’t know what you are talking about when it comes to color please just tell your customer that. Other than that this location does fine.

Love it. Always have inexpensive supplies and if you dont know what you want just ask and theyll help you! Hard to leave with just the item I came in for, end up leaving with more!

I went here to have my cousin go platnium. She helped me pick everything out from toner deposit gloves and she wanted the black underneath and talked me threw how to do that ... everything came out beautifully
