I love Starbucks! Favorite place to get my drinks! But today there was a lady who took my order who was rude, I figured whatever... I pull up to get my drink and she’s bad mouthing the customer behind me...I did tell her that she should be careful, because I would assume that if she bad mouthed them, then I’m sure she did the same thing when I ordered... she was rude to me over my comments. Just trying to help... there is another Starbucks down the road... kindness and good customer service really do matter...the drinks are good both places, but I will drive the extra mile to be treated kindly.

Okay.... so I just wrote a review for the other Starbucks I go to and they got 4 stars... only because they always hassle me about getting my wifes drink the way she wants it, so I apologize 100% for everything Ive been in the drive thru and ordered a novel in a trenta cup. The 4 star location only sometimes lets her have it her way, but not yall. You ladies and gents have no idea how much easier you make my life by how happy you keep my wife. Not to mention your crew goes above and beyond to help bring my wife joy. If I could give you 6 stars I would. Always gets drinks wrong.

I go to Starbucks very very often, usually jumping between the Rogers and Albertville Starbucks and I came to the Elk River one because I was in the area and I must say this is the worst Starbucks ive come to.

Today I was reminded why I choose Caribou over Starbucks. Today was buy one get one happy hour.... Or so I thought.When I arrived I planned on getting a frappuccino for my husband and a ice green tea latte for me. The women at the counter told me frappuccino werent included in the happy hour so I had to order something else for him.They took forever to complete my drink order and when they did I ran as I was late for an appointment. When I finally went to drink my ice green tea latte I saw purple in the cup. I open it to see this rasberry floating in my drink. Not to mention my drink is partially empty.For the record the Happy Hour DID include frappuccinos and I was lied to.Wish I could get my money and time back.

I always love my visits to Starbucks! I probably go there a little more than I should but they know how to provide great customer service.. 99.9% of the time I am completely satisfied and if I every now and then end up with something that isnt that great they make sure to fix it! I love everything about Starbucks from their food to their drinks my favorite hot drink is white chocolate mocha or during the winter white chocolate peppermint mocha! My favorite sandwich there is there bacon Gouda and the cake pops are delicious dessert and my favorite cold drink is the strawberry acai!

What a great Starbucks location! Everyone is always so incredibly friendly! Last time I went, a young gentleman (possibly named Elija?) was so nice and talkative! Really brightened my day. I hope I got his name correct as I only glanced at his name tag. However, everyone that has taken my order and checked me out has been so kind and helpful! And I know they work so hard. Exactly what you expect from a corporate chain type of coffee shop. The coffee is passable, though over priced. Staff is super friendly and was quick to correct their error.

Where do I even start service was terrible and coffee taste disgusting. I bought a $10 coffee and took one sip and threw it away. I would rather learn how to make pink drinks and refreshers at home then spend $10 and have to leave my house. I can make coffee for a family of 50 before i could get one coffee from starbucks. 0/10 recomend if you want a cheap, good tasting coffee, and to get in and out of there. It took the people making my coffee 15 mins to make a nasty, expensive,and horrible coffee. Would rather drive twice as far to get a better coffee from caribou. I purchased a cake pop from starbucks and it wasnt even fully cooked.

Told them over the speaker Id be using my stars. When I asked at the window if they used them she said she hadnt because the employee on drive thru didnt tell her to. She seemed very inconvenienced having to void our order and fix it. Handing our drinks to me she made sure that i should always tell the person at the window youre using stars, hun... I did. Thats how she found out about the problem. Dont call me hun in a condescending way.

I specifically asked for a peach green tea with lemonade, after waiting for a long time for my drink they gave me the drink they had made, I found out they had made it with water. Then we ended up waiting for longer so that I could get my drink. This was a hassle that shouldn’t have been done.

I came in exactly 15 minutes before they closed just to mooch off their WiFi for 15 minutes for work and they didnt wave me out or dismiss me or pressure me to order anything - the staff was extremely kind and even brought me water. I go there often and they always treat guests well.

It took a good 10 mins for them to make me a black coffee. I had to go up and remind them to make it for me. The barista asked me if I wanted creamer and I told her it was a black coffee and there was visible confusion on her face. I had to explain what a black coffee was and it was really sad seeing a millennial had no clue what a black coffee was and me only being 17. I thank god every day that I just barely made it to be Gen Z.

Order came out fast and accurate. The staff also went above and beyond and gave my son a cup of whip. It really made his day.

Service is good I just think when it comes to coffee shops there are so much better places to go. Half there so called coffee drinks aka frappuccino and what not dont even have coffee in them. But I guess if you want a sweet drink with little to no coffee in it or want to give your kids a sweet treat give it a try.

Decent location, taking the place of what used to be Hollywood Video, and the line for the drive-thru seemed to move quickly. Watch out for the nasty potholes in the parking lot though.

I enjoy most of the staff. Except there have been several times where my drinks were made wrong. I was too blame even though my receipt clearly stated, what I had asked for and purchased was not the drink I received. I do not appreciate being treated poorly, due to their own mistake.

Service is always slow for no apparent reason. They have forgotten to make my drink or just plain made the wrong thing multiple times. Save yourself the trouble and stop at a different location.

I know they spell names wrong for the heck of it... however, I asked for a new cup with nothing on it cause it wasnt even remotely close and they lady working didnt put the lid on all the way so I ended up spilling all over myself.

Went thru the drive thru at 6:30 pm, Im 7 months pregnant and asked for a decaf Carmel frap. The drink I got was WHITE and tasted like nothing. So I took it back inside and repeated what I ordered. Oh thats because our decaf is technically down for the night... So you gave me garbage? she offered to remake it w regular. No thanks . I prefer to sleep, and, helllllooooo, super pregnant here and its night time.

Customer service staff is rude at Starbucks. If you want better service, go to Caribou Coffee in town.

Every time I go here they mess up my drink and dont apologize. Then they finish making other orders before fixing my drink. Espresso is also always burnt. Workers not friendly. Put espresso in a green tea latte. Dont know how to make basic recipes.
