Really unfortunate customer service. They were unhelpful with us as private customers, not contractors. They did not return calls and sold us incorrect products.

We are building a new home and have stopped in the the Elk River Brock White twice within the last few months. We have never been treated so rudely by anyone as we were here both times! The man that was there acted like we were bothering him even though we were the only ones there. He said he never heard of our builder who I hope stops giving them his business, acted like we weren’t important enough to help. We left and I called to place our order for brick for our fireplace. A couple of months later we were notified that our brick was not going to be in on time so to stop in there again to pick out a different brick. When we went in the second time, the man working there didn’t have any record of our order or our new home build. He was extremely rude once again. After telling a young woman to help us she was also very rude and told us to wear masks even though we were the only ones in there. The man working there was not even wearing a mask! We went elsewhere for our brick, I told our builder we would not be going through Brock White. Will never do business there again and hope that other contractors stay clear of them as well. Many other places that you can get the exact same products. DO not give Elk River Brock White your business!!

Top Place for Stone! Spent a few hours roaming their building, so many ideas, multiple staff visited with me, gave me AWESOME catalogs; SO MANY ideas, possibilities and the prices blew away all others! Felt like I was dealing direct.Very impressed and making a purchase soon. Wasted so much time visiting at least a half-a-dozen other stores before coming here!

They have the doors locked and they dont answer their phone and dont return the call..

Had stone work done at my new home last year. Worker left a mess of cement that I am having to clean up. Will never use this company and don’t recommend either.
