I would like to take a second to reply to PAT GORMAN. What you said couldnt be more untrue. Simply a lie based on nothing but your one personal experience. Have you considered that maybe it wasnt that your a female. Maybe it was just you as a person. Or maybe they didnt have a position open at the time. I worked at M&M for several years and to this day i still always say Ive Never been treated as good as an employee as i was from them .There were several woman who worked along side me there through out that time as well. as a matter of fact I had two female friends who were also POC come in with ZERO EXPERIANCE and not only did mike and matt offer them jobs on the spot but told them they would be trained and have all the opportunity they would want to climb the latter and become a cnc operator. I called after seeing a listing online about a job opening so I called and talk to a woman who told me that they was not at this time and went I told her that I seen a listing online well then it was only experience in machining but I bet if my husband called it would have been a diffrance story bottom line this is the 2nd time I have I have called they DONT HIRE Women
