Our air conditioner went out and then our furnace. We did our due diligence, with researching and getting quotes. The experience we had with Joe was phenomenal. We couldnt be happier with the quality and efficiency of our new system. Our comfort level in the house has increased, the energy bills have decreased, and there is peace of mind knowing our equipment is made in the USA! Should there be any future issues, the parts can all be found in the US. The installation was smooth, and although very lengthy for the workers, they dismantled and removed the old system and had us up and running with the new system in just one day. Thankfully, Joe was able to obtain affordable financing for us. Since the installation, we have had yearly maintenance visits for both the furnace and air conditioner. They always arrive promptly, are very thorough, are respectful of our home and are personable and polite. This company is top notch. Buy and enjoy with confidence! And no high pressure sales pitch like other companies. Example- Stay away from home comfort experts. Home comfort experts really try to suck you in and then try to sell you a cheaper model in the end for the same price as a top model you agreed on.

Called last Thursday for an emergency call for a garage heater that had been damaged by a falling tree. They came out Monday checked everything out and adjusted parts that were jarred out of place. Technician was courteous and on time. We also have our semi annual maintenance done as well.
Technicians name was Kenny. Very helpful and friendly. Explained what problem was and had suggestions. Answered any questions we had. Have maintenance program, so they alway come same day as called.

Mike and Brant were very professional and patient as they walked me through my new HVAC system for a new house that includes Navien Daikin and a whole house humidifier. They programmed my thermostats and synced them to my APP, showed me how to change all filters on all systems and cleaned my tankless water heaters.I would definitely recommend Legacy for service and maintenance.
It’s 4:30 Saturday afternoon. 95 degrees. A/C quits. Fast efficient service. We were back up and cooling about 90 minutes later. Highly recommend you purchase their heat and A/C tune up program. They are amazing, and friendly and show up when you need them.
Legacy installed a new heating and air conditioning system. It took about 4 weeks and 8 service visits to get everything working properly, but they have willing to come out and try to make it right.

Our AC went out and we used another company who failed to diagnose it properly with over an hour on the job site. Called legacy and they showed up 30 minutes later. Took their technician less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem and less than 30 minutes to fix it. He also gave us recommendations on our existing outdated unit and we enrolled in a maintenance program they offered to never have issues again. You pay for quality service and to my surprise they are very affordable! Highly recommend and will use LEGACY every time from here on out!

The technician that came to our home to do the routine maintenance on our HVAC system was very professional. He performed the routine scheduled maintenance on our system very quickly and well during his visit to our home. We have been using the routine maintenance plan with Legacy Heating and Air for years with no issues with the work that is performed. We recommend Legacy to all of our family and friends.
I purchased my first home and paid for a one year maintenance program. It was to include three visits. On the first visit the tech stated that my furnace was short cycling (overheating). He could not offer me a reason why. He offered to change the safety switch that was shutting the furnace down because of the heat, then stated that he didn’t think that was the issue, but we could try replacing it anyways. The tech stated that because the furnace was short cycling, it was not serviceable. He had no viable reason why it was short cycling. The notes he made for the visit were almost unreadable. He offered to have someone come out and quote me for a new system. A few days later the salesman came out and quoted me $11,000 for a new system, or payments of $160 a month for 10 years. I declined. I contacted legacy about my maintenance program. I stated that no maintenance was done, and I inquired about the program itself since my furnace wasn’t serviceable. They stated that it should have been changed from a maintenance visit to a service visit with me paying $40 for the visit (on top of the $185 I paid for the program). I was then offered to be connected to the techs supervisor. After playing phone tag for several days, I gave up having no solution from Legacy, and having had no maintenance done. They then called a few month later for a maintenance visit. I expressed my disappointment with them and stated why have you come out again if my furnace is unserviceable? After collecting my $185 for a three visit maintenance plan, they only came out once and did nothing but try and sell me a new system. No partial refund was offered for unused visits. Then they had the nerve to send me a renewal notice. Really? I had to have a different company come out who immediately diagnosed the issue. The Legacy tech they had sent out was truly clueless about the furnace.

We recently had our A/C and Furnace replaced with a Daikin system, which was installed by Legacy. Mark came out and unclogged our very clogged dryer vent. He was very professional and did a great job. He went the extra mile to make sure every last thing was checked and working ( including helping us take a board out of our deck to be able to check airflow as that is where our vent is located). The entire system in my house was in emergency need of replacement. After calling Legacy, they came out for an estimate the following day. Joe, my comfort consultant, was friendly, easy to talk to and able to show me exactly what my home needed. The level of information was more than I expected and very welcomed. They were extremely busy to to high temperatures but managed to fit me in the following week. Joe made the process smooth and hassle free for me.On install day the men showed up on time and got immediately to work. Andy and Dave ( my installers) were easy to interact with and made sure to answer any of my questions. They spent 12 hours getting the job done. No breaks, no lunch, just busting it out to make sure I had my cool air before I went to bed. Both of these guys were above and beyond my expectations. When they were done, the only sign they had been there was an amazing new furnace inside and a beautiful ac unit outside.There isnt anything they could have done better! Fantastic service from start to finish.

The repair man appeared very promptly. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He found the problem with the outdoor A/C unit right away and explained everything to me. He was comfortable with me watching all of his repair activity and let me assist him where another pair of eyes and a third hand proved useful.
Our serviceman called & guided us as to what we could do on our own to correct the thermostat error message and we were successful. So happy! This prevented a service charge.

We have installed 2 full Hvac with legacy, the first one is working very well, however 2nd one is not cooling properly.The real issue is I have contacted these guys 3 times and they are not responding to my requests in time.The tech came and installed the new thermostat which did not fix the problem. I have asked them to check it again but nobody is bothering to reply to my calls.At this rate I will not be recommending them to anyone.Thanks
A circuitboard went out on my new air-conditioning furnace unit. Nathan came out and spent quite a bit of time checking everything out to see if he could get it going for me. Rusty was very prompt and extremely pleasant. He did a tune up on the HVAC and walked me through what he was doing and why. He educated gave me a bunch of information and tips. He even explained things a million different times for me and didn’t get annoyed with all my questions.
