My Son made an appointment at 2pm on 10.21.21 he sat in the waiting area 3 hours his car was still parked outside without new tires.I told my son lets get the keys and leave they should have let you know when you would be next. We left without new tires after three hours of wasted time.They never apologized or said anything at all.I think they forgot about him as they had a hard time finding his keys.Don’t schedule appointments if you aren’t going to stand by them stop wasting people’s time.I won’t read your reply it’s to late for explanation we are all busy.

When I pay hundreds of dollars for your tires on my car and get a warranty. When theres a flat or issue I expect you to honor that warranty instead of telling me somewhere else to go. Just needed a plug. Wont be purchasing your tires anymore such horrible customer service!

Service was great. Pricing was very fair. BUT when I got in my vehicle to leave I had to roll all the windows down. The B/O was horrible. And this was at 9:30 in the morning. It was so bad I had to wash my clothes when I got home and level the windows down all day. This is a manager issue that needs to be addressed with their employees. It was in the morning not at end of day. I was very satisfied with everything else.

The staff at this location are great, Ive been in a couple times for oil changes and they get it done in about an hour! Ive also brought up that I thought my brakes needed changed due to squealing and they assured me that there was plenty of pad life left and that the squealing could just be due to moisture. I definitely recommend this location, they wont try to rip you off and get your service just to make money like other places.

The employees were helpful, informative and kind. They did not try to pressure me into any services but did let me know everything that needed to be done. Had some work done then and chose to call back later for an appointment if I decide to do the rest. They were done sooner than they estimated too which was nice.

Purchase tires and set up appointment online with their very efficient customer service person. Randy. We were able to sort out which tires I needed versus which tires I wanted and made the appointment online. When I got to the store they had my tires there ready to go I was on my way in just over an hour. Great job Randy and Belle tire!Update: I was not happy with the new tires I got which were different from the ones I had. (My choice) I called in to see what could be done. They were very polite and offered to put on the same type of tire that I had before at no additional charge. Even gave me money back! Hard to beat doing business with Belle tire!

Normally dont go to Belle, had a flat tire. Wife called around. They had the best deal and the shortest wait time. So I headed over, got checked in. Was told we will call if we have any questions, and when your tire is ready. I waited about 15 minutes, got a call. Would you prefer to have white letters showing or not?Yes, please. Then it will match.Well, we dont have that tire with the white lettering... (then why did you offer, you could have called and stated that)I wait almost another 45 minutes. I decide to go in and check, I mean it was one tire...Oh its been sitting here for 20 minutes, wait what is your name?So I waited an hour in my car, (I wasnt offered the Lobby.) Was forgot about, then couldnt remember who I was.Yes, I will go to my original tire shop.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Bought 4 new tires from them a little over a year ago and not even 2 months ago had to replace both back tires due to busted belts. Took the car in and waited almost 2 hours for 2 tires. And then when they said it was done I went out to leave and 1 tire was leaking air like somebody put a hole in it. Went back in and the guy wanted to argue with me saying it wasn’t my tire leaking. Come to find out they BENT the rim either trying to take the tire off or put it back on. And they finally fixed that problem after arguing with them. And now the other tire is losing pressure due to it not being sealed on the bead all the way. So now I have to find time to go take care of this and make an unnecessary trip because somebody don’t know how to do there job. Not to impressed with this business. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They don’t deserve 1 star at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I didnt have a good experience with these belle tire. I had them look at my car to tell me what is wrong with it and they told me that theres nothing wrong with my car. Sorry to inform you but I cant even drive it because theres something that wrong with it. I dont think my car was ever looked at.

Belle Tire guys were great! On 7/15/21, I was driving to Elkhart from out of state and my TPMS light was going on and off. As a woman and traveling with a teenage daughter, the last thing I wanted to worry about was having car trouble in an unfamiliar city at night. Stopped at Belle an hour before closing and one of the guys came out with a handheld device and checked my tire sensors and pressure. He explained sensor was likely starting to fail. I then drove the car around to the service bay and they filled all the tires to the same pressure before sending me on my way. Super nice guys. Thanks for taking the time to check out my tires and putting my mind at ease!

Ben did an alignment, once again for me today and the old truck steers better than new.

Don’t be in a hurry when you come, I came in at 8:11 am and was told 45 minutes to get me back to work and over 2 hrs later I am still here. I asked John when would they be able to get my truck in and he walked to the back and after a few minutes he came back and told me there was 1 ahead of me, funny thing is he didn’t even know my name and never asked.Most of the workers are checking their phones every few minutes and when someone starts talking they all stop and watch.Telling me secondary torque being done, didn’t even take the hub cap off to do that, it’s just sitting outside. So done with this place.2hrs and 39 minutes to fix 2 tires with screws/nails.

I’m very glad to be moving on. Going to somewhere I can trust, and actually get my vehicle serviced. Every time I’ve asked if their shop was a full service shop, Belle Tire employees would affirm that they are indeed a full service shop, however, every time I’ve been asked to take my vehicle to a dealer. Specifically I asked them to diagnose and fix my squishy brakes, my Air Conditioning, and a minor gas leak.

Very good service and good to deal with. VERY HAPPY all the way around.

Ok was was there for about 3 hours to get 4 new tires on my wifes van. Than this Saturday my son in law went to change the breaks on my wife van and he found loose nuts on some of the tires. Im glad he went to do the brakes. It could have been a bad thing . Belle tire needs to pay attention. Very disappointing with this place. We spent alot of money 💰there. Really irritated

I went in this morning, Monday, to have a tire looked at. I got there early, and they got busy quick. They still took there time to fix my tire, and fix it right. Very professional, yet friendly, positive, and happy. My Belle Tire is now my only place I will go for tire service! I may even check out their other services!

Great prices on tires BUT went back today for rotation and waited 2hrs 45mins!! Extremely slow while it appeared multi workers standing around.

Front desk was informative and professional. Appointment was for an alignment at 11:00am, was told that it may take an hour, and received a call after only 45 mins. Will be a continued customer.

First time around they didnt do the alignment my daughter wanted. 2nd time the car still pulled. This time it goes ok, but didnt align the rear. Told her and me it couldnt be adjusted. I know for a fact it is. When I told them it was and I had 40 years as a certified mechanic they backpedaled. Guess Ill put the parts in myself.

Brought our van in for an oil change. Its nice because we brought our dog with us while we waited.

The staff was friendly, but the wait time was astronomical! I waited 2 hrs for two tires to be changed. The next time I go for tires, I might try somewhere else.

Service manager was very nice and polite. I paid over $700 for new tires to be mounted and balanced. One tire was put on completely the wrong way all 4 tires had all different air pressure. Way off 55, 49 in front and 48, 43 in rear. They broke one of my chrome lugs and didnt even offer to replace it. Employees dont seem to be very knowledgeable. I will not recommend them nor will I give them any business in the future. My boyfriend was going to order his tires there also but not now. So already you have lost business. Huge disappointment with this place.

At first I thought they did an amazing job, but they lied and told me things that needed fixed that don’t, they broke a stud in my tire and didn’t tell me AND kept the lugnut, and finally my lugnuts on ALL of my tires were so lose I could tighten them easily with my fingers 😡.

WAAAAY overpriced, theyve been known to not give you your keys til you let them fix your car, have been known to not give you options or creates problems that didnt need fixing. Friendly encounters, but not to be trust with your car. I would never trust them again. And will never go back.

My son bought 4 new tires 3 months ago and he’s already had to take the same tire back twice for losing air. I also bought 4 new tires 2 years ago and had to take the same tire back twice for losing air due to improper seal.

Wish I could rate less than one star! I setup an appointment, specified on the online scheduler that I drive a 1996 Civic. I get to the shop for my alignment and it doesnt sound like there should be an issue getting it aligned. 30 minutes later, the customer service rep informs me that my car will need new, adjustable control arms and a new front ball joint in order for an alignment. They said We cant attempt to align your vehicle without these new parts. Went in for an $85 service, came out with an invoice for $650! I know a fair bit about cars and how they work so obviously, I did not buy into this scam. So, I went to a couple other local shops and was quoted around the same price IF I needed those new parts, but Quality Brake & Alignment just 15 minutes down the road said that they could most likely get the job done without having to order any new parts, but worse scenario, would have to replace them. I ended up scheduling an appointment there to get the alignment done, they had not a single issue! Was in and out in about 50 minutes and only spent $85 and my car pretty much drives perfect, just need new tires now for the lack of the alignment previously. Will not be going here for tires either. More of the story people; SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SHOPS! The techs that work at Belle Tire are too scared to touch an old vehicle because they may have to use a torch to heat up bolts, which is not a hard task. Save your money and go somewhere that knows what theyre doing and are not afraid to get their hands dirty, unless you want to pay for extras that you dont need!

The day manager has a real bad attitude but the workers he reside over are quite the opposite... meaning great people... In my opinion the wrong person is in charge.

Had a engine repair did on my 2011 Buick Regal, they did a awesome job. I am back up on the road again. So happy they was willing to fix that for me it took time but my ride is now road ready and I can get back to work and be there for my kids again. Thank you Belle tire team and crew. Last week when I drove my 2008 Land Rover to Vancouver from New York, I got a tire slowly leaking problem and found this nearby store Belle Tire from google map. They first checked and tested my car for almost two hours (without charge) and then found the problem on the wheel and helped to order a new one and installed it the next day. So we can safely drive a long journey to come home. They are nice people and their job is so great! I just want to say: thank you, you saved us!!

Fantastic business. I had a leaking tire and took it to Belle to get it fixed. They told me it would likely take 1 - 1.5 hours since there were two in front of me. I chose to wait and in a little over an hour, I was on my way with a repaired tire and a set of windshield wipers I needed to replace.The tire repair had NO CHARGE. I really appreciate them being up front about the estimated wait. They run a very good operation. I most highly recommend going there!

A friend recommended Belle Tire and I am very pleased with my entire experience. I got a great deal on Michelin tires through their yearly sunday promotion in october. I got $130 in rebates and I had a $30 coupon for signing up for their free advantage club. The sales associate who sold me the tires was very thorough and friendly. I had done a lot of online research prior to my visit so I knew what I wanted and the sales associate confirmed my knowlege so I felt comfortable with my purchase and pleased with the price. Tire installation went very smoothly and I also requested that they replace my spare with the best one of my old tires,which they did for no extra charge which was much appreciated. I was amazed by the quality of ride on the new tires. These are my first Michelin tires,hadrun Firestone on my Ranger previously. Belle Tire is definitely the place to go for tires! I have been to other places in the past and I must say I have never been so happy about tires as I am now. Thank You everyone at Belle Tire! I am now a very happy and loyal customer!

Buy your tires here, get a nail in it, you will have to wait a week to schedule an appt. A patch/plug takes 10 minutes to remove, dismount and repair...........but i need to wait a week to do it. Not including horrible customer greeting skills

I have been having trouble with tire pressure. My indicator light kept coming on and I would check my tires to see which was low and add air. After several rounds of this I stopped at Bell tire . They checked all tires and couldnt determine which tire was the culprit because all were low at the time. I was told to stop by if/when the light came back on. NO CHARGE! One week later the light came back on and I returned. They found a small leak in the tire that was low and sent me on my way again- NO CHARGE! I have never bought tires at Belle Before but you can be sure my next set of tires will be purchased here!

Forcing people to wait on-site for 1 1/2 to 2 hours for service during a pandemic is ridiculous. Any reasonable business would take appointments, so I had to take my money to a reasonable business.

I got a flat on the highway on my way to Cleveland and found myself without a spare. By the time the tow truck got to me, there was no way I was going to make it to the store by the time Belle Tire closed. I called to ask if they would stay open, because otherwise I would have been stuck overnight. Nathan, the assistant manager, was totally understanding, checked their inventory to make sure they had the right tire, and the guys in the shop were ready and waiting when we pulled up 15 minutes after closing. They got me out of there and on the road really quickly and were super nice about it.

They told us 1 hour and 2 1/2 hours later we are still waiting. This is the second time this as happened.

On the way to work on Friday morning, a rock hit my windshield and put a chip in it. I called Belle a couple of times yesterday for information/prices/times, and every time the staff was very helpful and patient. I was told to keep the chip from getting bigger that they would fill it with resin, and that it would take about 45 minutes. I was able to come in this morning at 8, and it took right at 45 minutes. I had called 4 other places on prices, and I was given an amount of $60-$70 everywhere else for just that small chip. I ended up paying only $24.95 at Belle (includes a cash discount). We will see how it holds up, but I am very happy with service at this point!Its over a year later... chip hasnt changed size a bit. Thanks Belle Tire!! (:

Pricing is fair on tires and alignment and they have done good work on everything Ive taken to them. The price has always matched the quote. Great place for tires and minor related repairs. Id recommend a good local shop for bigger repairs. Pricing for things like shocks, tie rods, ball joints, etc seems very high. I have that work done at a shop in Niles and pay at least half the quoted price.

I have been going to Bell Tire for 8+ years now. The last time I had work done they replaced all four tires. With a tire pressure light still on a week later I went in to get it checked out. With the wait being about 2-3 hours they said I could make an appointment. So today I go in for my appointment, get there 5 minutes early, give them my keys and ask how long it was going to take them. The guy answered with 1.5 to 2 hours. So I waited a week to get my car in with an appointment and they expect me to be okay with waiting that long. What is the point of scheduling an appointment. Seems to me they are too busy to handle my business so I guess Ill be taking it elsewhere.

The customer service has been fantastic the three times Ive been! They communicate the issues with my car in a way I can understand and havent tried to oversell my needs. The prices are competitive and the service is quick. I will always take my car here.

Came in with a tire light on expecting it to be a sensor since it had been on for a long time, waited 6 hours!!! Left with them telling me it was a screw not a sensor & the light would reset, if it didnt to come back the next day & they would reset it.... came back the next day to find out it is a sensor & they want me to wait again they cant put me in front of the people currently waiting I ALREADY WAITED 6 HOURS!!! & then be rude to me... when I say I shouldnt have to wait again...no Scott, I dont think so!!! That will be the last time I give you my business!
