I did some research online before I went to the store. I knew pretty much what I wanted but I wanted to try on a few pairs since I was purchasing steel toe work shoes. The online in stock was accurate and I found exactly what I wanted at the online price. Check out was fast and a very nice sales associate helped me and another customer while we were trying on shoes. The store was very clean and organized. It was a very positive shopping experience.

Great place for kids shoes. Good selection and great pricing. We have gotten school shoes here for the past four years. Friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff. Would reccomend to anyone with kids.

Great deals and selection. They allow you to order and have the shoe sent to yout home if the size needed is not in stock.

This place legit smells like dirty feet! It’s so bad we had to leave after only a few minutes. We couldn’t even think about finding shoes the smell was so terrible.I would NOT recommend this location to anyone.It looked to have decent deals but I couldn’t even speak to them if I wanted to as we were chased off so quickly by the awful stench of foot.Never have I been in a shoe store that reeked of sweaty feet like this. It’s a serious problem!

Shoes are expensive. Its busy and they took out most of the seats because of covid. So its like playing musical chairs to try shoes on. And the steel toe shoe selection sucks. But they do have a decent variety for other shoes

Been dealing with customer service and couple managers since September 22 2020 I did my first time Online order it didnt go through so I tried again still didnt go through but next day I noticed shoe carnival took $41.54 off my card 2x n so I called n called over 12 times and they always said its gonna go back on ur card over 50 times cant barely get to talk to a manager I tried to call corporate but gotta have an ext number which I dont know any so I email corporate twice still nothing all I want is my money back sick of dealing with this n getting nowhere and I mean nowhere what is really sad is I live on a fixed income and I was ordering a pair of shoes for a toddler who was Learning how to walk n still had to spend extra money to still go get those shoes from SHOE CARNIVAL isnt that something after what Im going through just to get back 83.08 for almost going on 2 months my next step my bank said is they are gonna contact the fraud department thats the only choice we have left nothing from corporate and thats who I thought would have this issue fixed already.

The sales were great for back to school! My boys each got a pair of shoes, some cool socks, and another set of socks for free! There are always good deals here. They even got to spin a wheel and receive $3 more off the total price, on top of the sales! A very satisfied family here.

This is my favorite place to go for shoes. They have a wide variety to choose from and great sales. I left today with a pair of Nike slide on sandals and a pair of Adidas athletic shoes for $65.

It’s a good thing I was a former employee here otherwise If I hadn’t been I wouldn’t have found what I was looking for. Lots of employees walking around but none asked me once if I even needed help( which I didn’t) but that’s something the former management team used to have us do.

Was in this store today looking at shoes for about 20 minutes. Not one employee approached me while I was in the store and never said a word when I was leaving, I walked past them twice. They must have job security. I was in this store at 230pm and I was the only customer, two thumbs down

Good store great prices. The only downfall is that they dont have the biggest stock at this location. Mishawaka has a bigger stock though if need be.

So my friend and I decided to go to Shoe Carnival to look at shoes, like everyone does while there. As we were looking around, employees were kindly asking if we were looking for anything specific, but we werent. So we made our way to the back of the store where there is a mini basketball hoop that customers are allowed to shoot on.As we proceeded to shoot on the mini hoop, we were approached by a fat white male employee. He told us you must leave if you are here to just shoot on the basketball hoop. Even though we were clearly looking for shoes prior to that. So we proceeded to look at shoes. We were soon approached again by the same white male that looks like he still lives with his parents at the age of 40. He soon told us to leave the store or he will call the cops on us for trespassing.We finally left, but with our pockets full of $200 each. We both saw shoes we wanted, but well just get them somewhere else.

Over priced and flawed. I found a pair of timberlands i wanted, but every pair I looked at had scratch marks and the glue on them looked bad. I had one guy pacing around me and didnt say anything. Kinda creepy. And i look at the reviews on here. They look like fake reviews

If you want to shop at Shoe Carnival go to Mishawaka. The Mishawaka store has twice the selection so its worth the small extra drive. We have tried several times to shop here and we can never find a style we like and if we do they dont have the size we need.

People are lazy. They told me that they had 2 size 13 of the shoe I wanted in the back yet everybody was too lazy to go back and get them so they told me they just couldnt find them and I was stuck keeping the pair I had that was a size too big. Im not from here, but I wont be going to another shoe carnival anywhere again thanks to this experience.

Yesterday I went to the Elkhart Indiana location to purchase my daughter basketball shoes. Unfortunately after speaking to one of the associates, he informed me that they do not carry GIRLS basketball shoes... I for one found this a bit alarming, and then I also found this offensive. I ended up getting her boys basketball shoes there, which they will work just fine. However, it did not settle well with myself nor my daughter. I would definitely look into supplying girls basketball shoes as girls are allowed and encouraged to play sports in 2019.

I was in there looking for boots this morning, they didnt ask to help me until I said something, then I had big boxes, didnt offer to take them, then as I struggled with the 3 boxes up to the counter as the sales person ignored that I needed assistance, made me stand there waiting... I was 1 of 2 customers in the store. I wont be going back and will be filling out a negative survey. They were also really unhelpful and rude to my 50+ year old mom who was in there the day before and week before that.
