Have ordered my sons birthday “cake” from them for years and it’s always perfect! Staff is absolutely phenomenal and the owner is very friendly. We visit quite often!

Have also been part of him.bringing out treats for events and definitely would recommend it. He brought some to the school I was working at and everyone loved it and he did an excellent job of bringing what everyone needed and wanted. 😊

Ice cream was good. The lack of prices on their website and in store doesn’t sit right. My family and I came in and as soon as we walked in the staff ran to the back room. We used hand sanitizer, put on gloves, and wore our masks. We waited patiently for an employee so that I could ask about pricing. After 4 minutes and anxious kids we proceeded to get our ice cream. Only after we were finished employees came out. 3 cups of ice cream and $30 later, it was NOT worth it. While my family was finishing up a man came in and was promptly attended to, not wearing his mask the correct way, greeted, and did not follow store mandated signs. I will not go back here. This business needs to post their prices and attend to all of their customers regardless of their ethnicity.

Always very friendly service and lots of options. This is my favorite place for dessert in town. You can have it anyway you like. I enjoy the textured ice cream similar to Ben and Jerrys or a blizzard. The twisted cow is perfect for that. Tasting cups are available to try all the flavors. Check it out for sure!

First time the Assistant Mgr was a delight and could not have been more helpful 😀 Although a bit pricey for the amount you get since it goes by weight the free coffee and the experience in its self well worth it. Would not be very practical in my opinion if you had several kids dairy honestly for the quantity would be more beneficial. For a first date would be super cool experience. But if your looking for something new and something you are in control of then this is your place to visit!

My daughter and I went on Tuesday and the lovely lady that was working... was nothing short of incredible. Macy ASKED if we wanted coffee - she didnt wait for us to ask, like other times i had been there. She was consistently making sure everything was neat, tidy, in order and wiped down and clean. Honestly one of the best experiences Ive had here. changed my rating from a 3 star to a 5 star. Thank you for giving us a great experience Macy! :)

What a great selection for making your own ice cream treat. The server was helpful and gave us free coffee. The Jamaican decaf was delicious. We have desert here as often as possible. This is a franchise opportunity!

The owner is extremely friendly, and welcoming! The flavors are always changing so its a surprise everytime my girlfriend and I go! Great prices as well plenty of taste samples. Also clean, the employees are always wiping the corners down as well being very helpful!

Went in because we saw it while going to wings etc. Immediately we were greeted by the owner who was really really polite. Offered us basically an unlimited amount of free samples of everything. We eventually get our stuff(by the way Im a huge fan of the toppings, there was so much cool variety! ) and we learned he goes as far as to offer free coffee for buying ice cream(which all has unique flavours too! ) he then talked and made us feel at home and he definitely came off as an entrepreneur, always coming up with ways to expand the company. Definitely worth going back

Very twisted. If Im not mistaken its frozen yogurt/custard. Hard to achieve butter pecan if not the right day. My trick is French vanilla and something close to then add Heath crunch and pecans. :)

Twisted Cow is THE place to go for frozen yogurt in Elkhart. My wife and I absolutely love this place. Always great flavors and so many toppings. The staff is always beyond friendly, its clear every time we visit that they truly care about providing a great experience for their customers. I really do appreciate the pride that they take in working for their company. Twisted Cow rewards their customers with a punch card program and frequently offer free coffee. Its simply some of the best froyo with a great local feel! Highly recommend!

Nice selection of dairy-free options for me and Ive been told both their hand dipped and soft serve dairy based selection is fantastic. Good selection of toppings including hot peanut butter.

This place has a lot to offer with a fun modern environment to enjoy! A local family owns it and gives the best customer service! They have Frozen Yogurt, Gelato, Italian Ice, Sorbet and Coffee. The coffee is complementary with any purchase and it is locally roasted from Refinery Coffee Company! Twisted Cow also has the beans by the pound and half pound and can grind them to suit your coffee maker! You have to check this place out!!

The frozen yogurt is great, the workers are super nice, and the owner is super kind! If you are in Elkhart, you have probably heard of it and tried it. But if you aren’t from Rlkhart, you NEED to try this place!

A little smaller than some ice cream / frozen yogurt bars, but they have everything you need.The soft serve is very good, hand dipped is available, the topping bar is completely adequate, there is free coffee (its good coffee and they will even brew your choice of flavors of its not currently made), and super friendly management.

The prices here are so reasonable for a self-serve establishment. They have nearly a dozen flavor options for the frozen yogurt/custard/gelato and a generous topping bar.

Customer service is AMAZING and the flavors are all great. There seemed to be endless toppings to where you would have to go back just to get every topping. I was let down by the Italian ice selection but other than that everything was great.
