Awesome place with a very friendly staff! They have tons of board games in stock, miniatures galore to paint, endless dice options, and a rather sizeable game room downstairs. The kids loved it here!

Tried coming here again. Hadnt had good experiences in the past but decided to give it one more shot. So many friends invited me to play here. Note to other TCG people, if you dont play magic dont bother wasting your time here. they dont have the time, patients, or space for the less popular TCG games. Just a bunch of mtg elitists.

We love this gem in downtown Elkhart! Theres so much variety packed into a smaller store. The owner is often there and makes you feel welcome and appreciated! Everyone is always super friendly and very knowledgeable about all products. Prices are also very reasonable for a locally owned game store! My daughter appreciates the kids section.

This was a really awesome brick and mortar store with exposed wood and a good selection. Its a really homey atmosphere where you can try out board games and pick from a wide selection of supplies for d&d or other roleplaying games. The store owners are also really helpful and ready to help out in anyway they can. I would recommend this shop for anyone looking for any game supplies they may need.

This place is awesome. The place is so quaint and interesting looking. The main floor is very much a store, but they have the whole basement to do mtg events and such. They have a lot of boardgames to demo. They have events going on all the time for all ages and types of people. I feel very welcomed and part of a group. Im so happy to have found this place!

I like this game store. It has a good layout and a very knowledgeable owner. The selection is good even though the store itself isnt that large. I would go there all the time if I didnt live so far away.

Great service and selection of games. They also have tons of demo games. This would be great to bring in pizza and play games with friends. They sell bottled soft drinks and encourage loitering. I wish this would have been on Main street when I was a kid.

Staff is very knowledgeable about all sorts of games. Great collection of magic cards and player base for those who like Magic the gathering. People who play games are all wonderful. This is definitely a great place to be!

Not a huge selection of back issues of comics, but what they did have was $1.00 cover price so thats always great. Really nice people. Family friendly place as well. Lots of board games to pick from.

Reminds me of the local comic book shops that were sound when I was young. Great service and a good selection of comics and board games. The best thing about them is that not only will they order an item for a customer if its not in stock, but they have tables and rooms for kids to come in an hang out for a bit. I cant say enough good things about this store. Did i mention that they also have a few indie board games in stock. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

The staff was nice and helpful. Very willing to talk about games and help identify what I might like. They seem to have an active gaming community a there was a Magic card tournament starting and talk of Warhammer later in the evening. They sell minis, boardgames, and comics. There is also a great collection of demo games if you want to try before you buy.

Staff was extremely helpful and answered many questions for us. Very knowledgeable and recommended a few different board games for us. We bought 2 of them! Will definitely be back.

Great place to go for paying MTG, DND, and other tabletop games with friends, and/or strangers.The only problem you may encounter is a lack of MTG singles for sale (Variety compared to other stores). But they still have a great selection.

I play Magic: The Gathering Commander there some Thursday evenings. Entry fee is affordable ($2) and the playgroup is fun. Definitely would recommend.

00 secret door games I went to the store and they have brand new Dungeons & Dragons games not like when I was a kid they used to have the metal pewter little people to play with when I was again playing Dungeons and Dragons they were like metal Silver dragons and wizards and sorceresses and some kind of goblins or gargoyles now theyre all plastic

I have really enjoyed coming in here and discovering some games that I had never heard of before and playing them with my wife. They also have a small section of comic books, the atmosphere is very nice and the prices are reasonable.

This store has everything you need for RPGs, specially themed board games and Magic the Gathering cards. They also run D&D plus other RPG events and Magic drafts, Commander and pre-release events. Staff is great and friendly. Excellent place to be and play!

Secret Door Games is a board game shop that has low to some high games on the scaling of weightiness (weightiness=difficulty to learn and just how complex the game is) of the games they sell. SDG is the kind of shop where you can just tell there is something special about it right when you walk in; the front of the shop looks beautiful with the decretive windows they have displaying games in the front. The beauty doesn’t stop at front door, once you walk in it just looks like a extremely well-kept and has a very high end look to it compared to any of the board game shops around. Don’t let the “high end” look discourage you from buying good priced game though; they have probably some of the best deals on games or at least are included with the other board game shops that also have great deals. The staff is really nice and welcoming, I always have an awesome time when I come in and feel in a better mood because of my visit there. They also have a bunch of demo games and 4-6 two-three person tables to play the demos on. Overall, SDG is a terrific place to check out and I can’t recommend it enough.

Great store with good inventory. Many board games and cards. Has tapletops to play on and also quite a few demo games to try. Good selection of new comics. This store does have a lot of d&d items like books and dice. Store also has tabletop figures. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is I didnt see any old/pre-owned comics, I feel like this doesnt affect most people though. Definitely worth checking out if you live in Elkhart, pretty sure its the only store like this in town.
