Flavor Freeze has excellent ice cream. A lot of the time their food is good too. They used to have excellent olive burgers but when I got one today, it had very little mayo or olives. Was disappointed with todays burger.

Ice cream was great. So many flavors and varieties. Service was good for the large amount of people that was there.

One my favorite places to go for dessert. Its always worth the trip!

I love going to Flavor Freeze for their peanut butter milkshake, mmmmm. Just wish it had more peanut butter in it.

The lines were long, but the ice cream is worth it! I was especially grateful for the sweet associate that was polite and helpful. She was patient and didnt rush us even though there was a huge line and it was almost closing time. I really appreciate that type of service!

Upside down banana splits heck ya

Visited 8/14 around 5pm. 2 out of 3 items had a hair in it. I dont think this was a coincidence at all. We were passing through and back on the road before it was noticed. (One in a scoop of ice cream other in a root beer float noticed AFTER it was drank! Both appeared to to dark.)

The girl that took my order was very rude I ordered the wrong thing and I wanted to ask a question and she just shut the window and knew that I got the wrong thing Because I said oh this isnt the right color And then I asked about getting some French fries when I was ordering and the car ahead of me got food And 2 voices was on the speaker and one said yes I could and 1 said no I couldnt but they had turned off the grill When the girl came back to the window to hand me my 2nd item I asked her if I made her mad and she said oh its OK I get stuff from there all the time and it just seemed like she had real attitude She was young

I like the ice cream here!! But the staff is so rude not friendly at all and Ive been 3 times sense they have opened and every time not friendly not nice at all !! 2 times went to the walk up and once in the drive and I overheard another person say gosh it would not hurt to say thank you ! I thought the same thing!!

Great soft ice cream and drive through. Small cone was about 8 inches tall. Milk shake was great too.

I took my three daughters and wife to this location to get a quick ice cream cone. We opted for there walk up ordering and sat down in there picnic area. If I had to summarize our first visit to Flavor Freeze I would say That wouldnt be possible because Excellent and amazing or spectacular dont begin to describe our visit. I have heard something about an ice cream with Amish donuts so I decided to dive in and order it. I got a 5oz cone of Crack Me Up and paid $3.32 a little on the pricey side for an ice cream cone, but let me say this it was one of the best ice cream cones I have ever had the privilege of eating. I personally would have paid 10 bucks for it. I am a Google Contractor and have reviewed 100s of businesses and I have to admit Flavor Freeze ranks in the top 3 businesses I have had the opportunity to visit. Also the employees were absolutely wonderful and very polite. The only downside I can think of is its not open year round. So in closing Flavor Freeze is a 5 star Business and i highly recommended them. Awesome Job thank you for the opportunity to visit your amazing Ice cream Store.

They make the best chocolate banana shakes. And for my 2 littles, I wanted a small shake split in to two separate cups. They just offered a small with an extra cup. At the window she said they would go ahead and split it into separate cups for me.

One of our favorite ice cream places, my all time fave are the Flavor Burst cones... they serve food also but not certain of exact times and days. They are not open year around... they are great place for local teens to get first time work experience.

The service was good and very fast but the burger I got looked like it was microwaved and the menu said ketchup mustard pickle and onion. Mine also came with mayo .It was to expensive to not have been better then it was. Guess Ill just stick to their ice cream its always good

Tasty ice cream. Never seen the blue moon flavor anywhere else. Sort of a lemony fruity flavor, refreshing for an ice cream. The party cake flavor was good too. It had rainbow sprinkles in it!

When Anyone from the Elkhart area mentions wanting good ice cream, we tell them to hit up FLAVOR FREEZE, they have the most delicious ice cream, milk shakes, sundaes that will get you ADDICTED IMMEDIATELY!!! They also offer delicious fried foods amd burgers, but if you stop by there ask there FLAVOR BURST ICE CREAM IN WAFFLE CONES, WOW IS ALL MY LIPS CAN MUTTER OUT!

Last day of flavor freeze was not so great. They have only about half of the items on the menu. With it being the last day that they are open, they should have had the item still available. I did not like the cookie dough with vanilla ice cream. But maybe thats because Im used to getting the same thing every time I go.

In my 23 years of life, I have never seen a more unprofessional staff at any establishment. I went to flavor freeze to get my grandma a medium pecan sundae. After paying, they handed me a small. I told them this and they were outstandingly rude. I also heard one of the managers threw an ice cream cone at a costumer before being promoted and she was still given a higher position. Unbelievable. Not to mention I heard one of the workers say something about the store having termites. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any dairy queen or the chief in goshen if youre craving ice cream. Youll get much better service there.

Flavor freeze is probably the best ice cream in Elkhart, have been going since the 90s. Very good service and selection of flavors. Their hot food is pretty good as well.

Every year I look forward to flavor freeze opening for the season, great food (especially mozzarella sticks), delicious ice cream and great customer service especially from the short brunette girl who is always working whenever I go there. Highly recommend to anyone who has not been here before

We jus came from Flavor Freeze...and also apparently they close at 9pm... not 9:15.... not 9:30 like their site says.... I guess they work when they feel like it. And Also waited till we got to the window to tell us they were closed... DAIRYQUEEN....on the other hand is open till 10:00... great service and reliable.

Okay for an occasional ice cream. However, ice cream has varying tastes of freshness at each visit. Some days the ice cream tastes great, and other days the ice cream has a stale taste to it.

Love the ice cream. Really crappy service sometimes. They apparently close at 9:30, not 10 like Google says. Wait in line for 5 minutes while they help the people in front of us and then proceed to tell us once we get to the window that theyre closed and shut the window on us.

Please be aware that this business closes at 9 (weekdays) 9:30 (weekend). However, being in line BEFORE closing times (and waiting for 2 families to order) does not guarantee that youll be served. The high schoolers working the counter may need refresher courses on customer service based on how rude we were told they were closed. No sorry, just a rude Were closed then the window shut. Poor business.. apparently the owners dont need the money. Will take business elsewhere.
