Best place in town for electrical problems

Stopped here after I had to have my car jumped and this place was recommended by my tow truck driver as the best in town for electrical issues. The tech on duty quickly determined my charging system was working but I had a bad cell that prevent my battery from turning over the engine. He was out of the battery despite his large stock and I could not be without my car until his next delivery date so I had to go elsewhere where luckily I got the last one in stock. However, I will come immediately to B&D when I have my next electrical problem. He had no intention of ripping me off which I greatly appreciate as a car-dumb older woman. He also refused to take anything for his diagnosis and the rejump I needed. Great service!

My family and I got stuck in Elko as we headed back to California from Colorado. My alternator needed to be replaced. Don at B&D was great from start to finish and helped us as much as possible. Even though we stayed in Elko a few days longer than planned, he got us back on the road as fast as possible.I highly recommend B&D 😉
