Staff was very knowledgeable in all areas and each one we talked to was kind. Merchandise was abundant and staff offered to order items that was not in the store. We will definitely be shopping there more often.

Went there to learn of the of inventory, price of ammunition, location of a gunsmith in Elko county which I learned. Knowledgeable sales persons and staff. Will return to do business in the future.

Much more than a place to buy a firearm. The staff is always willing to patiently demonstrate the products and answer questions. I cant imagine going anywhere else for my firearm needs!

Lazy... they are only open when everyone else is at work... instead of having more customer friendly hours like until 8pm, for example. Also, nobody working there knows anything... I read Google for 5mins and go in there and know 10 times more than anyone working in the store... they are a bunch of clerks, thats it. I realize were in Elko... but isnt this all the more reason we should have more knowledgeable staff in the store???Funny, but the guy working at Walmart knows more about weapons and hunting than the entire GW&A combined.

Ive bought 3 firearms from these folks. Upgraded a few parts for my AR 15. Every single time Ive been there the staff have been kind, helpful and straight up. Ive needed advise on a few things about builds im doing and theyve been there every step of the way. Even when I ask a dumb question they dont make me feel dumb for asking.. their just awesome 👌

Excellent service, pleasant folk, and usually a phenomenal selection of firearms and munitions. Anything you cant find there you can order through them, always a terrific experience with these guys.

Went here to tune my new bow and maybe get a couple things and the guy there insisted that he was a pro and that he shot and tuned my bow, we have way different draw lengths and he tried convincing me that the his terrible tune was amazing. he turned out to have zero knowledge about archery tuning, repair, or mechanics. His way or the highway for this guy. The shop also has a very slim selection of accesories and tools. If You need anything archery go some place else where people know what theyre doing

Come in just about every Thursday and the people there are always nice. Theyve helped me countless times and provide good services. Also a great FL dealer to get guns shipped to if bought online.

They quickly lost my business by the transfer fees they charge.. $50.00 per firearm is outrageous. I bought 5 guns in the past 3 months. There fees would have cost me another $250.. i dont think so..

I want to give a shout out to the great crew at Gun World & Archery! I didnt walk out with the gun I intended to buy because my hands are to small. After spending probably an hour and practically emptying the case of every 9mm in stock they helped me find the gun for my grip. They have been great about my follow up questions and not made me feel dumb as a novice gun enthusiast.

The owner is very nice, will help you with anything you need or help you figure anything out if he doesnt have it.

I highly recommend Gun World in Elko. These guys are awesome, very knowledgeable and have always been available with any question, service, and orders. Last week I went in to get a box or advice to ship a rifle for repair, and Farnes (owner) offered to ship it for me to save me the time and hassle with UPS. They are very helpful and care about their customers.

Farnes @ Gun World and Archery / has everything you would want for hunting, and shooting supplies and more. It is nice to shop at a store that has knowledgeable people. Wouldnt buy our bows/guns, arrows, ammunition and supplies anywhere else..
