This has to be one the most professional business. From the time I called them about my damaged car to the day I picked it up the were wonderful. I called a couple of times to get an update and they were very much on top of letting me know when I would get the car back. The day I picked it up it was totally washed, vacuumed and clean inside and out. Thank you again Top Gun.

Worked with me and my insurance. Fixed my truck and even went beyond and shined it up and made it all clean and matching. Worked fast and was very responsive in regards to time and when it would be done.

I am sorry to say I called Top Gun twice to get my vehicle fixed. I left my number and message and never received a phone call back. So I had to go elsewhere.

Its never enjoyable getting in an accident, but their professionalisn, quality, and time management were so helpful to get the truck back to us.

Shop is insanely busy due to quality of work. Consistently busy two months out. DO NOT be in a hurry when using this shop. The quality of work takes extra time. The last vehicle took an extra week to repair, but was worth it. Fabulous job!

This place is the worst they charged me to replace my liftgate and come to find out they didn’t. So when I asked him about it he said they didn’t have to I asked them why they were charging me he said they didn’t so I pulled up my invoice and they did so then he said that they would have to order everything so I agreed then the day of my appointment the told me they weren’t going to do it anymore and to take my vehicle somewhere else handed me a check for half of the balance I had already payed. I took my vehicle else we’re but they are having to charge the full balance because they have to re due everything that they supposedly did. Don’t take your vehicle here they are thief’s and are rude!!!!

Do not use this place! Took my husbands Toyota there after a accident. They told us the frame was bent and it was going to be $13,000 to fix it. Asked them to show us the bent frame. They said well there MIGHT be damage here and maybe some damage there. Never could show us a bent frame. So we told them we were going to talk to the insurance then all of a sudden the they call and say oh it was a mistake. Ended up costing $7000.00. Now my car got hit took it there and get my 2015 Chrysler back and they painted a door that had no damage because they thought we wouldnt notice they used different paint. Worse place EVER!

RE: Top Gun. They are booked 4-5 weeks out. Dropped the car off on a Monday afternoon. Was told it would be ready on Friday. I called on Friday right before they closed to confirm my car was ready because I need to take the rental back. They told me it was in paint and would not be ready until Tuesday or Wednesday. I called on Tuesday and was told it was in paint and would not be ready until Friday. So what, its been painted for 3 days now? They were supposed to replace two bumpers and the right front quarter panel. I had a problem renting a car because these guys billed my insurance BEFORE I even took the car to the shop. The insurance company had closed my file because they assumed the work was completed 3 weeks before they even accepted my auto. This is the WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced.
