Great staff, usually well-informed and can quickly locate an item for you. Often have to wait to get through cutting station..I have never seen more than one cutter. And there is often a line. Great selection of flannels and fleece, they have a clearance section in the back of the store. Usually have a great sale on something every week, check the online ads and website for coupons.

Was trying to find fabric for my wedding for my head table that seats my bridal party. I dont usually shop at Joannes because I feel like the workers are usually stand offish towards me. I was working on a budget and was trying to figure out sale prices. I had help from a Man named Jeffery. He not only helped me figure out a way to make a nice table runner but also saved me money. He was very knowledgeable and extremely nice. It was a very pleasant shopping experience which I havent had through alot of the wedding shopping Ive done. I saved almost 100$Thanks so much Jeffrey for the great customer service!

Ill be honest and say this is not my first choice of craft store. If you want to choose from a variety of fabric, this is hands down the place to go. If you just need extra paint, craft supplies, or youre looking for decor- its pretty spendy. Staff is always nice and ready to help point you in the right direction. There are a lot of sales and coupons availiable, if you are handy with that sort of stuff. Overall, not a bad place, if you dont mind spending a little extra.

I always have a great shopping experience. My only complaint is that the store isnt always stocked well.

I love the actual store. Employees are friendly, easy to find help and information. Buying online is a nightmare. Im always charged more than once. (Even for curbside delivery) I was told they initially hold the funds to insure the card is good, then once the product(s) are sent the actual charge is posted. In the meantime the initial charge still shows up for no less than 10 days, and my funds are tied up. I will definitely not be shopping at Joanns online anymore, and with lots of online purchases happening in this day that will definitely be money lost.

The store is exactly what it says! They have just about every fabric you could want. The employees I saw were not very happy which is why I gave 4 stars

Nice selection of fabric. They were out of 95% of Christmas items. The young lady cutting our fabric did not seem too happy to be at work. (No judgment here).My grand babies tried to elevate her spirits. No luck. She treated them like they were invisible.NOT ok. No one asked if we were finding everything ok. (Maybe they dont do that there.....but I could have used the help)This visit was on Friday 11-20-20 around 3 or 4.

Not the best selection but its about the best you can hope for in a small isolated town.

They had a generous supply of goods. They are moving things around and I do not really care for it. But that is my personal opinion. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Didnt have specific things I was looking for like feathers they only had a few to choose from. Prices are pretty high but the lady at the cash register was very kind.

The 2 ladies at the material cutting area were sort of helpful. They pointed where I needed to find the material I asked for. They were friendly but obviously didnt want to leave the cutting area even though they were not helping other customers. The cashier was friendly and cheerful. The store was clean and organized even though it was the weekend after Thanksgiving.

This is a smaller Joannes so they did not have the items that I went looking for.I was looking for a almost specialty type item though

Ive usually have had good experiences in this specific store, Im in here all the time because I make multiple blankets within the week, but one of the managers in here, I believe the name was Jeffery, was so rude. I went in one time because I had a coupon for spending over 800 dollars there for just 15 bucks and they werent honoring it. Then he was so rude the next couple times I came in too. I dont know why it was necessary but okay dude.

Unbelievable how the manager doesnt have any knowledge of what is in the store and I think the service was terrible. The manager is not very informative.

The first time I went to this store, the sales clerk was not helpful at all. The last time the person cutting fabric actually told me the price of my cuts, which I like. I will shop here again.

Im handicapped and they didnt have a cart to ride, I was not asked if I needed help and the cashier was very abrupt and unfriendly. The products were ok but not as good a selection as Id like.

I have a store that is much closer to home, but everyone has always been so helpful and nice. When Im in Elko Im sure to stop in and pick something up!
