At the last minute last night our printer ran out of toner, we have to drive 25 mins into town to get to Office depot and we pulled up 5 mins before they are to close at 8 PM(keep in mind we tried to call on the way to alert them we were coming but couldnt get through to an associate). The person closing the store watches us pull up and pulls the gate down 5 mins early. Horrible service. In a small town they want us to buy local and support local but they wont support us. Not to fear this wont happen in the future, we have setup toner on subscription with Amazon.

I have to give a shout out to Liz! This woman completely understands customer service! Every single time I frequent this store, mainly because Liz is so helpful, I am always impressed with her. Shes super friendly, very knowledgeable, and makes whatever I need to do quick and easy. I worked for Nordstrom for 6 years and customer service was engrained in me from day one. Its something you cant unlearn. I hope you guys know the gem you have working in your store. Shes an absolute keeper. You cant really teach someone to be like her. Shes the reason I shop there. Location is good and the staff are very knowledgeable about what they have to offer. Definitely customer friendly.

Oskar was absolutely great! He showed me how to judge what size mouse I meeded to get so I dont continue to aggravate my tennis elbow. And he showed me how to access the Office Max IT services for $130 a year. That tech service is much more streamlined and cost effective than Best Buys tech services. Thank you Oskar!

I went in to have many copies made from personal emails.... Amber, the office max employee was so helpful. She was kind and very patient while helping me send these emails.. You can do self printing and faxing for little money

My hard drive on my computer just crashed and the claim website was down. I went in for some guidance on how to get this problem fixed. The lady who helped was impatient, unkind, and unhelpful. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service.

Stellar service. Larry was helpful and found a solution to the problem I was having. I had already walked out disappointed. Larry very kindly and unobtrusively came out with a suggestion. It was the perfect solution I hadnt known about. The store has a nice selection though I didnt brows because I came in for a specific tech item.

I have this weird love of office supply stores...and coming here is no different. People that work here are fantastic and are always ready to help :) The store is clean and organized so finding anything is a piece of cake!

Kyle, Aaron, Shelley, Ismael are all such good employees. They run the store really well, they always ask if I need help. Very knowlegable and nice.

In the store we shopped in paper playing music very loudly was nothing like I wanted to listen to made me want to leave and not shop.

While they have a wide variety of product it is nearly impossible to get even mediocre help. The employees have very little knowledge of product and there is a serious lake of ambition. Its rare to get quality service here.

The store is easy to get to it is next door to the Smiths Grocery store. Computers purch aced there can be brought back into the store to be worked on by cheerful knowledgeable employees.

In a small town this place does well with their electronic/computer inventory. They have a good rewards program and offer grey deals all the time.

My mom went in there and came out crying, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, shes a 64 year old woman and she went in at 3pm Friday March 2, 2018 .. The boy at the counter was not the one who was rude, he just didnt know how to count back change and almost shorted my mom of a dollar, (which would mess up his drawer and my mom wouldnt appreciate that) so all she did was correct him and the manager stepped in and idk what he said other than he corrected the right change, and told my mom not to come back for being difficult just for letting the boy at the counter know he didnt count change right...? No not right and BTW your manager tall skinny black hair called her an a**hole.. He called a 64 year old lady that in public so thanks for making her cry and she always goes in there too buy very expensive pens too expensive! (You lost a customer and hopefully you guys shut down because you barely get business anyways! Thats what I say!)
