Marci gave me highlights & cut my hair on Nov. 3, 2017 at JCP Salon, Elko & she did a perfect job!! I loved it immediately & I’m still loving it, thank you Marci.

Had appointment at 2:30 pm arrived 215 pm sat in waiting area had no contact with anybody at Salon I walked out at 2:47 pm don’t bother this Salon not very Professional

Made an appointment for a men’s hair cut, they told me that they had an opening in one hour at 1:45 . Once we showed up there turns out nobody had made our appointment and they were extremely rude about it. Will never make an appointment there again.

Just went to the salon to get a hair cut. No one was waiting in the waiting area. The gal was sitting in the back and told me it was going to be 4 HOURS to get a hair cut. So sorry to make you get up and work.
