Walked into Carlin Trend to look for a for a current Nevada Atlas. WOW! This store is so cool!!! There is something for everyone. The staff is nice and store is clean. Would highly recommend to stop in and explore! Yes, the did have mining supplies, rocks, geodes, stones, and maps, but also so much more.

Interesting selection of art, toys, and gems... but if you are shopping for rocks and minerals I would not recommend it. Their prices are completely OUTRAGEOUS... about 5x the current value of the specimens.

Wonderful shop to find unique gifts, mining supplies, and a great selection of Childrens toys/books. Definitely a place to stop by anytime you are in Elko.
