I went into Miracle Ear in Elko, Nevada to check my hearing. After having one of the most thorough hearing tests, Lorena said that I did need hearing aids. Lorena then went over all the choices of hearing aids with me . She answered all my questions and was very informative about the Miracle Ear products. I decided to order my hearing aids from Miracle Ear. After receiving the hearing aids, Lorena was also very helpful in setting up the hearing aids. I am very happy with the service I received. I had some other hearing aids in the past but they were not only VERY uncomfortable but only seemed to make the garble louder. Since getting my new hearing aids from Lorena a whole new world has opened up for me. The adaptability of listening modes is great! The facility is clean and the staff professional. Getting hearing aids can be stressful and overwhelming but this experience was not at all uncomfortable. I had to re-schedule my appointments several times due to my work schedule and they were always quite understanding. After I received my hearing aids Lorena was willing to meet up with me after hours to do my adjustments. Really happy with my hearing aids and with their aftercare program.

This is the best place in Elko for hearing health. Lorena is very knowledgeable and professional. In my line of work, I am exposed to a lot of loud noise, and over the years I have been tested by several different hearing specialists in town, and both the service and quality are WAY SUPERIOR at Miracle Ear. Don’t waste your time with anyone else!

I recently purchased their hearing aids and they are by far the best ones Ive worn. I wear a custom piece in one of my ears that was a little difficult to adjust at the beginning but the specialist took the time to fix and now it works great. If you think you need hearing aids, do yourself a favor and visit this location.
