They are fast, efficient and the gals that work there are so polite. Medical billing department has also been wonderful at working out a payment plan to meet my budget..I highly recommend Norco for oxygen and medical supplies!!

These People I wouldnt even rate at 1 full star. They are absolutely 100% careless to anyones situation. My medical supplies I have been stuck using for going on 3 weeks now. and even though my insurance told them they will cover my supplies because of how unsanitary it is and so much of a risk to my health Norco still denied me. If there was any other option besides these careless people I would definitely choose the other option. Hands Down. If you have anyone else at all to go through your way better off going through option # 2 cause Norco should never even be an option.
