Such friendly staff and incredibly helpful!! My husband and I went in to get a storage unit and the lady took us around and showed us the different options they had available to see which one we would like. Walked us through the gate opening processes, auto pay, what the insurance covered, etc. Out of the many options that Elko has to offer for storage units - I would highly recommend going with Elko East Mini Storage!I also really like the fact that there are residents living inside the gated property in rental houses - it puts a sense of ease to the mind knowing that their are more eyes watching the units and the renters combined with the the gates and security cameras, I have peace if mind knowing our things are safe.

My husband and I were in the market for RV storage. I called and they told me to come on down and they would show us what they had available. I gotta say, I had a pretty great experience with EEMS. I got a little lot almost 2 yrs ago, and putting in more and taking stuff out was never an issue even with the COVID virus. I payed by card and with the keypad there was no need to speak in person.I just pulled out my items for my move out of state and Jeanne had my paperwork ready and my remaining balance within one minute of my coming in the door.Quick, simple and easy. Im currently using Elko East Mine Storage and highly recomend them. The facility is nice, clean and feels very secure. The folks there are very accommodating and are always around (one of the reasons why it feels so secure). The location was great for me as well.

Ive used a few storage facilities over my lifetime and this is by far one of the best ones Ive ever had the pleasure to do business with. from customer service being amazing to the storage itself being secure and very well maintained this has been a great experience so far. The pricing is more than fair as well. I was a bit worried when we moved here to Elko about finding a good storage place but this place definitely put my mind at peace. It looks like they have upgraded and added on to this location. Office staff have been very accommodating, professional and friendly. They had the size we wanted and good pricing. Gates are normally set for 8 am-10 pm but you can request to have 24 hr. access which is great.

OMG the best! Our RV broke down and I stumbled upon this storage facility....Marlene helped us with our trees!!!! Great facility, clean units, huge selection of storage unit type, and best of all, REALLY nice people own and operate this place!!!! I feel very safe storing our belongings here! And the price is excellent too!!!!! We are only renting for short time, but would definitely use this facility again!!!!
